Surah 9, ayah 16

  1. اَمْکیا
  2. حَسِبْتُمْسمجھ رکھا ہے تم نے
  3. اَنْکہ
  4. تُتْرَكُوْاتم چھوڑ دیے جاؤ گے
  5. وَلَمَّاحالانکہ نہیں
  6. یَعْلَمِجانا
  7. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  8. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کو
  9. جٰهَدُوْاجنہوں نے جہاد کیا
  10. مِنْكُمْتم میں سے
  11. وَلَمْاور نہیں
  12. یَتَّخِذُوْاانہوں نے بنایا
  13. مِنْسے
  14. دُوْنِسوا
  15. اللّٰهِاللہ کے
  16. وَلَااور سوا
  17. رَسُوْلِهٖاور اس کے رسول کے (سوا)
  18. وَلَااور سوا
  19. الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَاور مومنوں کے سوا(کسی کو)
  20. وَلِیْجَةً ؕولی دوست
  21. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
  22. خَبِیْرٌخبر رکھنے والا ہے
  23. بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
  24. تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے ہو

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کیا تم لوگوں نے یہ سمجھ رکھا ہے کہ یونہی چھوڑ دیے جاوٴ گے حالانکہ ابھی اللہ نے یہ تو دیکھا ہی نہیں کہ تم میں سے کون وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے (اس کی راہ میں) جا ں فشانی کی اور اللہ اور رسول اور مومنین کے سوا کسی کو جگری دوست نہ بنایا1، جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو اللہ اس سے با خبر ہے

  1. خطاب ہے اُن نئے لوگوں سے جو قریب کے زمانہ میں اسلام لائے تھے۔ ان سے ارشاد ہورہا ہے کہ جب تک تم اس آزمائش سے گزر کر یہ ثابت نہ کر دو گے کہ واقعی تم خدا اور اس کے دین کو اپنی جان و مال اور اپنے بھائی بندوں سے بڑھ کر عزیز رکھتے ہو، تم سچے مومن قرار نہیں دیے جا سکتے۔ اب تک تو ظاہر کے لحاظ سے تمہاری پوزیشن یہ ہے کہ اسلام چونکہ مومنین صادقین اور سابقین ِ اوّلین کی جانفشانیوں سے غالب آگیا اور ملک پر چھا گیا اس لیے تم مسلمان ہوگئے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

کیا تم نے گمان کرلیا ہے کہ تم یوں ہی چھوڑ دیے جاؤ گے حالانکہ ابھی تو اللہ نے یہ دیکھا ہی نہیں کہ تم میں سے کون وہ لوگ ہیں جو جہاد کرنے والے ہیں اور جو نہیں رکھتے اللہ اس کے رسول ﷺ اور اہل ایمان کے علاوہ کسی کے ساتھ قلبی دوستی کا کوئی تعلق اور جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے

Commentary

آیت 16 اَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ اَنْ تُتْرَکُوْا وَلَمَّا یَعْلَمِ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیْنَ جٰہَدُوْا مِنْکُمْ دوسری قوموں کے خلاف برسر پیکار ہونا اور بات ہے ‘ تمہیں اب اپنی قوم کے خلاف جہاد کرنے کے لیے جانا ہے۔ گویا اس حکم کے اندر نسبتاً سخت امتحان ہے۔ چناچہ اللہ تمہارا یہ امتحان بھی لینا چاہتا ہے۔ وَلَمْ یَتَّخِذُوْا مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰہِ وَلاَ رَسُوْلِہٖ وَلاَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ وَلِیْجَۃً ط یہ دنیوی رشتوں کے خوشنما بندھن جب تک ایمان کی تلوار سے کٹیں گے نہیں ‘ اس وقت تک اللہ اور دین کے ساتھ تمہارا خلوص کیسے ثابت ہوگا !
