  1. وَاَمَّااور رہے
  2. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  3. فِیْمیں
  4. قُلُوْبِهِمْجن کے دلوں
  5. مَّرَضٌبیماری ہے
  6. فَزَادَتْهُمْاس نے بڑھا دیا ان کو
  7. رِجْسًانجاست میں
  8. اِلٰیطرف
  9. رِجْسِهِمْان کی نجاست کے
  10. وَمَاتُوْااور وہ مرگئے
  11. وَهُمْاس حال میں کہ وہ
  12. كٰفِرُوْنَکافر تھے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

البتہ جن لوگوں کے دلوں کو (نفاق کا) روگ لگا ہوا تھا اُں کی سابق نجاست پر (ہر نئی سُورت نے ) ایک اور نجاست کا اضافہ کر دیا1ہے اور وہ مرتے دم تک کُفر ہی میں مُبتلا رہے

Bayan-ul-Quran

رہے وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں روگ ہے تو وہ ان (کے اندر) کی گندگی پر مزید گندگی کا اضافہ کردیتی ہے اور وہ مرتے ہیں اسی حال میں کہ وہ کافر ہوتے ہیں

آیت 124 وَاِذَا مَآ اُنْزِلَتْ سُوْرَۃٌ فَمِنْہُمْ مَّنْ یَّقُوْلُ اَیُّکُمْ زَادَتْہُ ہٰذِہٖٓ اِیْمَانًا ج اس سے پہلے سورة الانفال آیت 2 میں اہل ایمان کا ذکر اس حوالے سے ہوچکا ہے کہ جب ان کو اللہ کی آیات پڑھ کر سنائی جاتی ہیں تو ان کے ایمان میں اضافہ ہوجاتا ہے۔ منافقین اس پر طنز اور استہزاء کرتے تھے اور جب بھی کوئی تازہ وحی نازل ہوتی تو اس کا تمسخر اڑاتے ہوئے ایک دوسرے سے پوچھتے کہ ہاں بھئی اس سورت کو سن کر کس کس کے ایمان میں اضافہ ہوا ہے ؟فَاَمَّا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا فَزَادَتْہُمْ اِیْمَانًا وَّہُمْ یَسْتَبْشِرُوْنَ اللہ کا کلام سن کر حقیقی مؤمنین کے ایمان میں یقیناً اضافہ بھی ہوتا ہے اور وہ ہر وحی کے نازل ہونے پر خوشیاں بھی مناتے ہیں کہ اللہ نے اپنے کلام سے مزید انہیں نوازا ہے اور ان کے ایمان کو جلا بخشی ہے۔
