Surah 89, ayah 23

  1. وَجِایْٓءَاور لائی جائے گی
  2. یَوْمَىِٕذٍۭاس دن
  3. بِجَهَنَّمَ ۙ۬جہنم
  4. یَوْمَىِٕذٍاس دن
  5. یَّتَذَكَّرُیاد کرے گا/ نصیحت پائے گا
  6. الْاِنْسَانُانسان
  7. وَاَنّٰیاور کہاں سے ہے/ ہوگی
  8. لَهُاس کے لئے
  9. الذِّكْرٰینصیحت

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور جہنّم اُس روز سامنے لے آئی جائے گی، اُس دن انسان کو سمجھ آئے گی اور اس وقت اُس کے سمجھنے کا کیا حاصل ؟1

  1. اصل الفاظ ہیں یَوْمَئِذٍ یَّتَذَکَّرُ الْاِنْسَانُ وَاَنّٰی  لَہُ الذِّکْرٰی۔ اس کے دو مطلب ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ اُس روز انسان یاد کرے گا کہ وہ دنیا میں کیا کچھ کر کے آیا ہے اور اُس پر نادم ہو گا ، مگر اُس وقت یاد کرنے اور نادم ہونے کا کیا فائدہ۔ دوسرا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اُس روز انسان کو ہوش آئے گا، اُسے نصیحت حاصل ہوگی، اُس کی سمجھ  میں یہ بات آئے گی کہ جو کچھ اُسے انبیاء نے بتایا تھا وہی صحیح تھا اور اُن کی بات نہ مان کر  اُس نے حماقت کی، مگر اُس وقت ہوش میں آنے اور نصیحت پکڑنے  اور اپنی غلطی کو سمجھنے کا کیا فائدہ۔

اور لے آئی جائے گی اس روز جہنم بھی اس دن انسان کو سمجھ آئے گی لیکن اب سمجھنے کا کیا فائدہ !

Commentary

آیت 23{ وَجِایْٓئَ یَوْمَئِذٍم بِجَہَنَّمَ لا } ”اور لے آئی جائے گی اس روز جہنم بھی“ جہنم کا ظہور بھی شاید زمین کے اندر سے ہی ہوگا۔ یعنی جب زمین کو کھینچ کر چپٹا کیا جائے گا تو اس کے اندر کا کھولتا ہوا لاوا باہر نکل آئے گا ‘ جو جہنم کا سماں پیدا کر دے گا۔ واللہ اعلم ! { یَوْمَئِذٍ یَّـتَذَکَّرُ الْاِنْسَانُ وَاَنّٰی لَـہُ الذِّکْرٰی۔ } ”اس دن انسان کو سمجھ آئے گی ‘ لیکن اب سمجھنے کا کیا فائدہ !“ شاہ عبدالقادر رح صاحب نے اس کا ترجمہ یوں کیا ہے کہ ”اس دن انسان چیتے گا“ یعنی اس دن انسان کو بہت کچھ یاد آجائے گا کہ وہ دنیا سے اپنے ساتھ کیا لے کر آیا تھا اور اسے نصیحت بھی حاصل ہوجائے گی۔ لیکن اس وقت کی نصیحت سے اسے کوئی فائدہ نہ ہوگا۔ ظاہر ہے فائدہ تو تب ہوتا اگر اس نے دنیا میں نصیحت پکڑی ہوتی۔
