حاکم نے حضرت سعد ؓ بن ابی وقاص سے اور ابن مَرْ دُوْیَہ نے حضرت عبداللہ ؓ بن عباس سے روایت نقل کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قرآن کے الفاظ کو اِس خوف سے دہراتے جاتے تھے کہ کہیں بھول نہ جائیں۔ مجاہد اور کَلْبی کہتے ہیں کہ جبریل وحی سنا کر فارغ نہ ہوتے تھے کہ حضور ؐ بھول جانے کے اندیشے سے ابتدائی حصہ دُہرانے لگتے تھے۔ اِسی بنا پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ اطمینان دلایا کہ وحی کے نزول کے وقت آپ خاموشی سے سُنتے رہیں، ہم آپ کو اُسے پڑھوا دیں گے اور وہ ہمیشہ کے لیے آپ کو یاد ہو جائے گی، اِس بات کا کوئی اندیشہ آپ نہ کریں کہ اس کا کوئی لفظ بھی آپ بھول جائیں گے۔ یہ تیسرا موقع ہے جہاں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو وحی اخذ کرنے کا طریقہ سکھایا گیا ہے۔ اس سے پہلے دو مواقع سورۂ طٰہٰ آیت 114، اور سورۂ قیامہ آیات 1۶ تا 19 میں گزر چکے ہیں۔ اِس آیت سے یہ بات ثابت ہوتی ہے کہ قرآن جس طرح معجزے کے طور پر آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر نازل کیا گیا تھا اُسی طرح معجزے کے طور پر ہی اس کا لفظ لفظ آپ کے حافظے میں بھی محفوظ کر دیا گیا تھا ارو اس بات کا کوئی امکان باقی نہیں رہنے دیا گیا تھا کہ آپ اس میں سے کوئی چیز بھول جائیں، یا اس کے کسی لفظ کی جگہ کوئی دوسرا ہم معنی لفظ آپ کی زبان مبارک سے ادا ہو جائے۔

Commentary
آیت 6{ سَنُقْرِئُکَ فَلَا تَنْسٰٓی۔ } ”اے نبی ﷺ ! ہم آپ کو پڑھا دیں گے ‘ پھر آپ بھولیں گے نہیں۔“ یعنی قرآن مجید میں سے کوئی چیز آپ کو بھولے گی نہیں۔ یہ وہی مضمون ہے جو سورة القیامہ کی ان آیات میں آیا ہے : { لَا تُحَرِّکْ بِہٖ لِسَانَکَ لِتَعْجَلَ بِہٖ - اِنَّ عَلَیْنَا جَمْعَہٗ وَقُرْاٰنَہٗ - فَاِذَا قَرَاْنٰــہُ فَاتَّبِعْ قُرْاٰنَہٗ۔ } ”آپ اس قرآن کے ساتھ اپنی زبان کو تیزی سے حرکت نہ دیں۔ اسے جمع کرنا اور پڑھوا دینا ہمارے ذمہ ہے۔ پھر جب ہم اسے پڑھوا دیں تو آپ اس کی قراءت کی پیروی کیجیے۔“
