1. الَّذِیْوہ جس نے
2. خَلَقَپیدا کیا
3. فَسَوّٰیپھر درست بنایا

جس نے پیدا کیا اور تناسُب قائم کیا،¹

   یعنی زمین سے آسمانوں تک کائنات کی ہر چیز کو پیدا کیا، اور جو چیز بھی پیدا کی اُسے بالکل راست  اور درست بنایا، اس کا تو ازُن اور تناسُب ٹھیک ٹھیک قائم کیا، اُس کو ایسی صورت پر پیدا کیا  کہ اُس جیسی چیز کے لیے اُس سے بہتر صورت کا تصور نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ یہی بات ہے جو سورۂ سَجدہ میں یوں فرمائی گئی ہے کہ اَلَّذِیْٓ اَحْسَنَ کُلَّ شَیْءٍ خَلَقَہٗ (آیت7)۔”جس نے ہر چیز جو بنائی خوب ہی بنائی۔“ اِس طرح دنیا کی تمام اشیاء کا موزوں اور متناسِب پیدا ہونا خود اس امر کی صریح علامت ہے کہ کوئی صانِع حکیم اِن سب کا خالق ہے ۔ کسی اتفاقی حادثے سے، یا بہت سے خالقوں کے عمل سے کائنات کے اِن بے شمار اجزاء کی تخلیق میں یہ سلیقہ ، اور مجموعی طور پر ان سب اجزاء کے اجتماع سے کائنات  میں یہ حسن و جمال پیدا نہ ہو سکتا تھا۔
