زمین کے پھیلا دیے جانے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ سمندر اور دریا پاٹ دیے جائے گے، پہاڑ ریزہ ریزہ کر کے بکھیر دیے جائیں گے ، اور زمین کی ساری اونچ نیچ برابر کر کے اسے ایک ہموار میدا ن بنا دیا جائے گا۔ سورہ طٰہٰ میں اس کیفیت کو یوں بیان کیا گیا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ”اُسے چٹیل میدان بنا دے گا جس میں تم کو ئی بَل اور سَلُوَٹ نہ پاؤگے۔“(آیات1۰۶۔1۰7)۔ حاکم نے مُستَدْر ک میں عمدہ سند کے ساتھ حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ کے حوالہ سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا یہ ارشاد نقل کیا ہے کہ ”قیامت کے روز زمین ایک دسترخوان کی طرح پھیلا کر بچھا دی جائے گی، پھر انسانوں کے لیے اس پر صرف قدم رکھنے کی جگہ ہوگی“۔ اِس بات کو سمجھنے کے لیے یہ حقیقت نگاہ میں رہنی چاہیے کہ اُس دن تمام انسانوں کو جو ا ولِ روزِ آفر نیش سے قیامت تک پیدا ہوئے ہوں گے، بیک وقت زندہ کر کے عدالتِ الہٰی میں پیش کیا جائیگا۔ اتنی بڑی آبادی کو جمع کرنے کے لیے ناگزیر ہے کہ سمندر، دریا، پہاڑ، جنگل ، گھاٹیاں اور پست و بلند علاقے سب کے سب ہموار کر کے پورے کرہ زمین کو ایک میدان بنا دیا جائے تاکہ اس پر ساری نوع انسانی کے افراد کھڑے ہونے کی جگہ پاسکیں۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 84:2, 84:3)
آیت 2{ وَاَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّہَا وَحُقَّتْ۔ } ”اور اپنے رب کے حکم کی تعمیل کرے گا اور اسے یہی زیب دیتا ہے۔“ اَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّہَاکا لفظی ترجمہ یوں ہوگا کہ وہ اپنے رب کے حکم پر کان لگائے ہوئے ہے اور جو بات کان لگا کر سنی جائے اس کے مطابق عمل بھی کیا جاتا ہے۔ اَذِنَتْ کا معنی اِسْتَمَعَتْ وَاِنْقَادَتْ کیا گیا ہے۔ یعنی اس نے غور سے سنا اور تعمیل کی۔ حُقَّتْ یہاں مجہول ہے حَقَّ یَحِقُّ سے۔ یعنی وہ اسی لائق ہے اور اس کا فرض ہے کہ وہ بےچون و چرا اپنے خالق کے حکم پر سرتسلیم خم کرے۔
