آیت 12{ یَعْلَمُوْنَ مَا تَفْعَلُوْنَ۔ } ”وہ جانتے ہیں جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہر انسان کے ساتھ دو فرشتے بطور نگران مقرر کر رکھے ہیں جو اس کا ایک ایک عمل لکھ رہے ہیں۔ اب اگر کوئی یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کو انسانوں کا محاسبہ کرنا منظور نہیں ہے تو گویا وہ یہ ثابت کرنا چاہتا ہے کہ اس کا فرشتوں کو بطور نگران مقرر کرنا اور ان فرشتوں کا ایک ایک انسان کے ایک ایک عمل کا ریکارڈ مرتب کرنا سب کا رعبث ہے۔ ایسے خیالات کے حامل لوگوں کو معلوم ہونا چاہیے کہ ”کارِعبث“ اللہ کے شایانِ شان نہیں ‘ وہ احتساب ضرور کرے گا اور اس احتساب کے نتائج بھی ضرور نکلیں گے ‘ جن کا ذکر اگلی آیات میں ہے :
