  1. ان سے مراد وہ فرشتے ہیں جو قرآن کے اِن صحیفوں کو اللہ تعالیٰ کی براہ راست ہدایت کے مطابق لکھ رہے تھے، اُن کی حفاظت کر رہے تھے اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک انہیں جوُں کا توں پہنچا رہے تھے۔ ان کی تعریف میں دو لفظ استعمال کیے گئے ہیں۔ ایک کِرام، یعنی مُعزّز۔ دوسرے بار،یعنی نیک۔ پہلے لفظ سے یہ بتانا مقصود ہے کہ وہ اتنے ذی عزّت ہیں کہ جو امانت ان کے سپرد کی گئی ہے اس میں ذرّہ برابر خیانت کا صدور بھی اُن جیسی بلند پا یہ ہستیوں سے ہونا ممکن نہیں ہے۔ اور دوسرا لفظ یہ بتانے کے لیے استعمال کیا گیا ہے کہ ان صحیفوں کے لکھنے، ان کی حفاظت کرنے اور رسول تک ان کو پہنچانے کی جو ذمہ داری ان کے سپرد کی گئی ہے اُن کا حق وہ پوری دیانت کے ساتھ انجام دیتے ہیں۔
