  1. وَالَّذِیْنَاور وہ لوگ
  2. اٰمَنُوْاجو ایمان لائے
  3. مِنْکے
  4. بَعْدُاس کے بعد
  5. وَهَاجَرُوْااور انہوں نے ہجرت کی
  6. وَجٰهَدُوْااور جہاد کیا
  7. مَعَكُمْتمہارے ساتھ
  8. فَاُولٰٓىِٕكَتو یہی لوگ ہیں
  9. مِنْكُمْ ؕتم میں سے
  10. وَاُولُوااور
  11. الْاَرْحَامِرشتہ دار
  12. بَعْضُهُمْان میں سے بعض
  13. اَوْلٰیقریب ہیں
  14. بِبَعْضٍبعض کے
  15. فِیْمیں
  16. كِتٰبِکتاب (میں)
  17. اللّٰهِ ؕاللہ کی
  18. اِنَّبیشک
  19. اللّٰهَاللہ تعالیٰ
  20. بِكُلِّساتھ ہر
  21. شَیْءٍچیز کے
  22. عَلِیْمٌجاننے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور جو لوگ بعد میں ایمان لائے اور ہجرت کر کے آگئے اور تمہارے ساتھ مل کر جدوجہد کرنے لگے وہ بھی تم ہی میں شامل ہیں۔ مگر اللہ کی کتاب میں خون کے رشتہ دار ایک دوسرے کے زیادہ حقدار ہیں،1 یقیناً اللہ ہر چیز کو جانتا ہے

  1. مراد یہ ہے کہ اسلامی بھائی چارے کی بنا پر میراث قائم نہ ہوگی اور نہ وہ حقوق جو نسب اور مصاہرت کے تعلق کی بنا پر عائد ہوتے ہیں، دینی بھائیوں کو ایک دوسرے کے معاملہ میں حاصل ہوں گے۔ ان امور میں اسلامی تعلق کے بجائے رشتہ داری کا تعلق ہی قانونی حقوق کی بنیاد رہے گا۔ یہ ارشاد اس بنا پر فرمایا گیا ہے کہ ہجرت کے بعد نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مہاجرین اورع انصار کے درمیان جو مواخاة کرائی تھی اس کی وجہ سے بعض لوگ یہ خیال کر رہے تھے کہ یہ دینی بھائی ایک دوسرے کے وارث ہوں گے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور جو لوگ بعد میں ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے ہجرت کی اور تمہارے ساتھ مل کر جہاد کیا تو (اے مسلمانو !) وہ تم میں سے ہی ہیں اور رحمی رشتے دار اللہ کے قانون میں ایک دوسرے کے زیادہ حق دار ہیں یقیناً اللہ ہرچیز کا علم رکھتا ہے

Commentary

آیت 75 وَالَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مِنْم بَعْدُ وَہَاجَرُوْا وَجٰہَدُوْا مَعَکُمْ فَاُولٰٓءِکَ مِنْکُمْ ط۔وہ تمہاری جماعت ‘ اسی امت اور حزب اللہ کا حصہ ہیں۔ وَاُولُوا الْاَرْحَامِ بَعْضُہُمْ اَوْلٰی بِبَعْضٍ فِیْ کِتٰبِ اللّٰہِ ط یعنی شریعت کے قوانین میں خون کے رشتے مقدم رکھے گئے ہیں۔ مثلاً وراثت کا قانون خون کے رشتوں کو بنیاد بنا کر ترتیب دیا گیا ہے۔ اسی طرح شریعت کے تمام قواعد و ضوابط میں رحمی رشتوں کی اپنی ایک ترجیحی حیثیت ہے۔ خونی رشتوں کی ان قانونی ترجیحات کو بھائی چارے اور ولایت کے تعلقات کے ساتھ گڈ مڈ نہ کیا جائے۔اِنَّ اللّٰہَ بِکُلِّ شَیْءٍ عَلِیْمٌ ۔بارک اللّٰہ لی ولکم فی القرآن العظیم ‘ ونفعنی وایاکم بالآیات والذکر الحکیم۔
