Commentary (one passage for ayahs 8:39, 8:40)
آیت 39 وَقَاتِلُوْہُمْ حَتّٰی لاَ تَکُوْنَ فِتْنَۃٌ وَّیَکُوْنَ الدِّیْنُ کُلُّہٗ لِلّٰہِ ج۔یہی حکم سورة البقرۃ کی آیت 193 میں بھی آچکا ہے۔ البتہ یہاں اس کے الفاظ میں کُلُّہٗکی اضافی شان اور مزید تاکید پائی جاتی ہے۔ یعنی اے مسلمانو ! تمہاری تحریک کو شروع ہوئے پندرہ برس ہوگئے۔ اس دوران میں دعوت ‘ تنظیم ‘ تربیت اور صبر محض کے مراحل کامیابی سے طے ہوچکے ہیں۔ چناچہ اب passive resistance کا دور ختم سمجھو۔ نبی اکرم ﷺ کی طرف سے اقدام active resistance کا آغاز ہوچکا ہے اور اس اقدام کے نتیجے میں اب یہ تحریک مسلح تصادم armed conflict کے مرحلے میں داخل ہوگئی ہے۔ لہٰذا جب ایک دفعہ تلواریں تلواروں سے ٹکرا چکی ہیں تو تمہاری یہ تلواریں اب واپس نیاموں میں اس وقت تک نہیں جائیں گی جب تک یہ کام مکمل نہ ہوجائے اور اس کام کی تکمیل کا تقاضا یہ ہے کہ فتنہ بالکل ختم ہوجائے۔ فتنہ کسی معاشرے کے اندر باطل کے غلبے کی کیفیت کا نام ہے جس کی وجہ سے اس معاشرے کے لوگوں کے لیے ایمان پر قائم رہنا اور اللہ کے احکامات پر عمل کرنا مشکل ہوجاتا ہے۔ لہٰذا یہ جنگ اب اس وقت تک جاری رہے گی جب تک باطل مکمل طور پر مغلوب اور اللہ کا دین پوری طرح سے غالب نہ ہوجائے۔ اللہ کے دین کا یہ غلبہ جزوی طور پر بھی قابل قبول نہیں بلکہ دین کل کا کل اللہ کے تابع ہونا چاہیے۔
