Surah 8, ayah 4

  1. اُولٰٓىِٕكَیہی لوگ ہیں
  2. هُمُوہ جو
  3. الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَمومن ہیں
  4. حَقًّا ؕسچے
  5. لَهُمْان کے لیے
  6. دَرَجٰتٌدرجے ہیں
  7. عِنْدَکے پاس
  8. رَبِّهِمْان کے رب
  9. وَمَغْفِرَةٌاور بخشش
  10. وَّرِزْقٌاور رزق ہے
  11. كَرِیْمٌعزت والا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ایسےہی لوگ حقیقی مومن ہیں۔ ان کے لیے ان کے ربّ کے پاس بڑے درجے ہیں۔ قصوروں سے درگزر ہے1 اور بہترین رزق ہے

  1. تصور بڑے سےبڑے اور بہتر سے بہتر اہل ایمان سے بھی سرزد ہو سکتے ہیں اور ہوئے ہیں ، اور جب تک انسان انسان ہے یہ محال ہے کہ اس کا نامہ اعمال سراسر معیاری کارناموں ہی پر مشتمل ہواور لغزش ، کوتا ہی، خامی سے بالکل خالی رہے۔ مگر اللہ تعالیٰ کی رحمتوں میں سے  یہ بھی ایک بڑی رحمت ہے کہ جب انسان بندگی کی لازمی شرائط پوری کردیتا ہے تو اللہ اس کی کوتاہییوں سے چشم پوشی فرماتا ہے اور اس کی خدمات  جس صلے کی مستحق ہوتی ہیں اس سے کچھ زیادہ صلہ اپنے فضل سے عطا کرتا ہے۔ ورنہ اگر قاعدہ یہ مقرر کیا جاتا کہ ہر قصور کی سزا اور ہر خدمت کی جزا الگ الگ دی جائے تو کوئی بڑے سے بڑا صالح بھی سزا سے نہ بچ سکتا۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

یہی لوگ ہیں جو حقیقی مؤمن ہیں ان کے لیے ان کے رب کے پاس (اونچے) درجات اور مغفرت اور عزت والا رزق ہے۔ یہاں سے اب غزوۂ بدر کا ذکر شروع ہو رہا ہے۔

Commentary

آیت 4 اُولٰٓءِکَ ہُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ حَقًّا ط۔یہاں پر ایک مؤمن کی تعریف definition کا پہلا حصہ بیان ہوا ہے ‘ جب کہ اس کا دوسرا اور تکمیلی حصہ اس سورت کی آیت 74 میں بیان ہوگا ‘ یعنی آخری سے پہلی second last آیت میں۔ اس آیت میں بھی یہی الفاظ اُولٰٓءِکَ ہُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ حَقًّا ط ایک دفعہ پھر آئیں گے۔ ایمان کے ان حقائق کو تقسیم کر کے سورت کے آغاز اور اختتام پر اس طرح رکھا گیا ہے جیسے ساری سورت اس مضمون کی گود میں آگئی ہو۔
