Surah 79, ayah 46

  1. كَاَنَّهُمْگویا کہ وہ
  2. یَوْمَجس دن
  3. یَرَوْنَهَاوہ دیکھ لیں گے اس کو ( تو کہیں گے گویا کہ)
  4. لَمْنہیں
  5. یَلْبَثُوْۤاوہ ٹھہرے
  6. اِلَّامگر
  7. عَشِیَّةًشام کا وقت
  8. اَوْیا
  9. ضُحٰىهَااس کی صبح

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جس1 روز یہ لوگ اُسے دیکھ لیں گے تو انہیں یوں محسوس ہو گا کہ (یہ دنیا میں یا حالتِ موت میں) بس ایک دن کے پچھلے پہر یا اگلے پہر تک ٹھہرے ہیں۔2

  1. اِس کی تشریح بھی ہم تفسیر سُورہ ملک، حاشیہ 3۶ میں کر چکے ہیں۔ رہا یہ ارشاد کہ تم ہر اُس شخص کو خبر دار کردینے والے ہو جو اس کا خوف کر ے، تو اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں ہے کہ خوف نہ کرنے والوں کو خبر دار کرنا تمہارا کام نہیں ہے، بلکہ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ تمہارے خبر دا کرنے کا فائدہ اسی کو پہنچے گا جو اُس دن کے آنے کا خوف کرے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

جس دن وہ اسے دیکھیں گے (انہیں یوں لگے گا) گویا وہ نہیں رہے (دنیا میں) مگر ایک شام یا اس کی ایک صبح۔

Commentary

آیت 46{ کَاَنَّہُمْ یَوْمَ یَرَوْنَہَا لَمْ یَلْبَثُوْٓا اِلَّا عَشِیَّۃً اَوْ ضُحٰٹہَا۔ } ”جس دن وہ اسے دیکھیں گے انہیں یوں لگے گا گویا وہ نہیں رہے دنیا میں مگر ایک شام یا اس کی ایک صبح۔“ قیامت کے دن انسان جب اپنی دنیوی زندگی کو یاد کرے گا تو اسے اپنی پوری زندگی ایسے نظر آئے گی جیسے وہ ایک دن کی بھی صرف چند گھڑیاں دنیا میں رہا تھا۔
