آیت 23 { فَقَدَرْنَاق فَنِعْمَ الْقٰدِرُوْنَ۔ } ”تو ہم نے اندازہ مقرر کیا ‘ اور ہم کیا ہی اچھے ہیں اندازہ مقرر کرنے والے !“ اس آیت کا ایک مفہوم یہ بھی ہے کہ ہم نے یہ سب کچھ اپنی قدرت سے کیا اور ہم کیا ہی اچھی قدرت رکھنے والے ہیں !
