  1. نَحْنُہم نے ہی
  2. خَلَقْنٰهُمْپیدا کیا ہم نے ان کو
  3. وَشَدَدْنَاۤاور ہم نے مضبوط کیے
  4. اَسْرَهُمْ ۚان کے بندھن
  5. وَاِذَااور جب
  6. شِئْنَاچاہیں ہم
  7. بَدَّلْنَاۤبدل دیں ہم
  8. اَمْثَالَهُمْان کی شکلوں کو۔ ان کی مثالوں کو
  9. تَبْدِیْلًابدل دینا

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ہم نے ہی اِن کو پیدا کیا ہے اور ان کے جوڑ بند مضبوط کیے ہیں، اور ہم جب چاہیں اِن کی شکلوں کو بدل کر رکھ دیں۔1

  1. اصل الفاظ ہیں اِذَا شِئْنَا بَدَّلْنَآ اَمْثَا لَھُمْ تَبْدَیْلًا۔ اِس فقرے کے کئی معنی ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ ہم جب چاہیں انہیں ہلاک کر کے اِنہی کی جنس کے دوسرے لوگ اِن کی جگہ لا سکتے ہیں جو اپنے کردار میں اِن سے مختلف ہوں۔ دوسرے یہ کہ ہم جب چاہیں اِن کی شکلیں تبدیل کر سکتے ہیں، یعنی جس طرح ہم کسی کو تندرست اور سلیم الاعضاء بنا سکتے ہیں اُسی طرح ہم اِس پر بھی قادر ہیں کہ کسی کو مفلوج کر دیں، کسی کو لقوہ مار جائے ، اور کوئی کسی بیماری یا حادثے کا شکار ہو کر اپا ہج ہو جائے۔ تیسرے یہ کہ ہم جب چاہیں موت کے بعد اِن کو دوبارہ کسی اور شکل میں پیدا کر سکتے ہیں۔
