  3. نَزَّلْنَانازل کیا ہم نے

  6. تَنْزِیْلًاآہستہ آہستہ نازل کرنا

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے نبی ؐ ، ہم نے ہی تم پر یہ قرآن تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے نازل کیا ہے،1

  1. یہاں مخاطب بظاہر نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہیں، لیکن دراصل رُوئے سخن کفار کی طرف ہے۔ کفار مکہ کہتے تھے کہ محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہ قرآن خود سوچ سوچ کر بنا رہے ہیں، ورنہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے کوئی فرمان آتا تو اکٹھا ایک ہی مرتبہ آجاتا۔ قرآن مجید میں بعض مقامات پر  اُن کا یہ اعتراض نقل کر کے اس کا جواب دیا گیا ہے، (مثال کے طور پر ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن، جلد دوم، النحل، حواشی1۰2۔1۰4۔1۰5۔1۰۶۔بنی اسرائیل119)، اور یہاں اسے نقل کیےبغیر اللہ تعالیٰ نے پُورے زور کے ساتھ فرمایا ہے کہ اِس  کے نازل کرنے والے ہم ہیں، یعنی محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اِس کے مصنّف نہیں ہیں، اور ہم ہی اس کو بتدریج نازل کر رہے ہیں، یعنی یہ ہماری حکمت کا تقاضہ ہے کہ اپنا پیغام بیک وقت ایک کتاب کی شکل میں نازل نہ کر دیں، بلکہ اسے تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے بھیجیں۔
