جہنم میں بھاری بیڑیاں مجرموں کے پا ؤ ں میں اس لیے نہیں ڈالی جائیں گی کہ وہ بھاگ نہ سکیں، بلکہ ا س لیے ڈالی جائیں گی کہ وہ اٹھ نہ سکیں۔ یہ فرار سے روکنے کے لیے نہیں بلکہ عذاب کے لیے ہونگی۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 73:11, 73:12)
آیت 1 1{ وَذَرْنِیْ وَالْمُکَذِّبِیْنَ اُولِی النَّعْمَۃِ } ”آپ مجھے اور ان جھٹلانے والوں کو چھوڑ دیں ‘ جو بڑی نعمتوں سے نوازے گئے ہیں“ ان کو مال و اولاد ‘ بڑی بڑی جائیدادیں اور طرح طرح کی دوسری نعمتیں بھی میں نے ہی عطا کی ہیں اور اب ان کی سرکشی کا مزہ بھی انہیں میں ہی چکھائوں گا ‘ لہٰذا ان کا معاملہ آپ مجھ پر چھوڑ دیں۔ نوٹ کیجیے ابتدائی دور کی ان سورتوں میں ذَرْنِیْ اور ذَرْھُمْ کے صیغے بار بار آرہے ہیں۔ { وَمَہِّلْہُمْ قَلِیْلًا۔ } ”اور ابھی آپ انہیں تھوڑی سی مہلت دیں۔“ قبل ازیں ہم سورة مریم میں اس سے ملتا جلتا یہ حکم بھی پڑھ چکے ہیں : { فَلَا تَعْجَلْ عَلَیْہِمْط اِنَّمَا نَعُدُّ لَہُمْ عَدًّا۔ } ”تو آپ ﷺ ان کے خلاف فیصلے کے لیے جلدی نہ کیجیے۔ ہم ان کی پوری پوری گنتی کر رہے ہیں“۔ سورة الطارق کی اس آیت میں بھی بالکل یہی مضمون بیان ہوا ہے : { فَمَہِّلِ الْکٰفِرِیْنَ اَمْہِلْہُمْ رُوَیْدًا۔ } ”تو آپ کافروں کو مہلت دیں ‘ بس تھوڑی سی مزید مہلت۔“
