اور یہ کہ”ہمارے ربّ کی شان بہت اعلیٰ و ارفع ہے ، اُس نے کسی کو بیوی یا بیٹا نہیں بنایا ہے۔“1

اِس سے دو باتیں معلوم ہوئیں۔ ایک یہ کہ یہ جِن یا تو عیسائی جِنوں میں سے تھے، یا ان کا کوئی اور مذہب تھا جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ کو بیوی بچوں والا سمجھا جاتا تھا۔ دوسرے یہ کہ اُس وقت رسول اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز میں قرآن پاک کا کوئی ایسا حصّہ پڑھ رہے تھے جسے سُن کر ان کو اپنے عقیدے کی غلطی معلوم ہوگئی اور انہوں نے یہ جان لیا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی بلند و برتر ذات کی طرف بیوی بچوں کو منسوب کرنا سخت جہالت اور گستاخی ہے۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 72:2, 72:3)
آیت 2{ یَّہْدِیْٓ اِلَی الرُّشْدِ فَاٰمَنَّا بِہٖ ط } ”جو راہ راست کی طرف راہنمائی کرتا ہے ‘ تو ہم اس پر ایمان لے آئے۔“ قرآن کے بارے میں جنات کا یہ ردِّعمل ہم انسانوں کے لیے باعث عبرت اور لمحہ فکریہ ہے۔ انہوں نے ایک مرتبہ قرآن سنا اور وہ اس پر فوراً ایمان لے آئے ‘ بلکہ قرآن کو سن کر نہ صرف اس پر فوراً ایمان لے آئے بلکہ داعی بن کر اس کا پیغام اپنی قوم تک پہنچانے کے لیے نکل کھڑے ہوئے۔ دوسری طرف ہم ہیں کہ قرآن کو بار بار پڑھتے ہیں ‘ بار بار سنتے ہیں ‘ لیکن ٹس سے مس نہیں ہوتے۔ اس کی بنیادی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہم قرآن مجید کو اس نیت سے اور اس انداز سے پڑھتے یا سنتے ہی نہیں کہ وہ ہمارے دلوں میں اترے۔ ہم تو رمضان کے قیام اللیل کے لیے بھی اس مسجد کا انتخاب کرتے ہیں جہاں کے قاری صاحب کم سے کم وقت میں ”منزل“ طے کرلیتے ہوں۔ بلکہ آج کل تو باقاعدہ اشتہارات کے ذریعے مختلف مساجد میں ایک سے بڑھ کر ایک ”پرکشش پیکج“ پیش کیا جاتا ہے کہ ہمارے ہاں صرف اتنے دنوں میں قرآن ختم کرا دیا جاتا ہے … ہماری مسجد میں نماز تراویح صرف تیس منٹ میں پڑھا دی جاتی ہے ‘ وغیرہ وغیرہ۔۔۔۔ اندازہ کیجیے ! جہاں قرآن مجید کم از کم وقت میں ختم کرنے کے لیے دوڑیں لگی ہوں وہاں سمجھنے ‘ سمجھانے کی فرصت کسے ہوگی ؟ اب ذرا اس طرزعمل کے مقابلے میں مذکورہ جنات کے رویے ّکا تصور کریں جو ایک ہی مرتبہ قرآن مجید کو سن کر کہاں سے کہاں پہنچ گئے۔ قرآن پر ایمان لانے کا اعلان کرنے کے بعد انہوں نے کہا : { وَلَنْ نُّشْرِکَ بِرَبِّنَآ اَحَدًا۔ } ”اور اب ہم کبھی بھی اپنے رب کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھہرائیں گے۔“
