(اے نبی ﷺ !) آپ کہہ دیجیے کہ میں تو اپنے رب ہی کو پکارتا ہوں اور اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں کرتا۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 72:19, 72:20)
آیت 19{ وَّاَنَّہٗ لَمَّا قَامَ عَبْدُ اللّٰہِ یَدْعُوْہُ } ”اور یہ کہ جب اللہ کا بندہ اس کو پکارنے کے لیے کھڑا ہوتا ہے“ { کَادُوْا یَکُوْنُوْنَ عَلَیْہِ لِبَدًا۔ } ”تو معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ لوگ اس پر ہجوم کر کے آجائیں گے۔“ اللہ کے بندے سے مراد یہاں رسول اللہ ﷺ ہیں۔ جب آپ ﷺ نماز کے لیے کھڑے ہوتے اور اس میں قرآن کی تلاوت فرماتے تو مشرکین یہ کلام سننے کے لیے آپ ﷺ کے گرد بڑے تجسس سے جمع ہوجاتے تھے ‘ لیکن ایمان لانے کو تیار نہیں تھے۔ اس کا ایک مفہوم یہ بھی بیان کیا گیا ہے کہ مشرکین آپ ﷺ کو نماز میں کھڑا دیکھتے تو ان کے عناد کی آگ بھڑکنے لگتی اور ان کا جی چاہتا کہ آپ ﷺ پر ہلہ ّبول دیں اور اس شمع ہدایت کو ُ گل کردیں۔
