  1. اَوَعَجِبْتُمْکیا بھلا تعجب ہوا ہوا تم کو

  6. رَّبِّكُمْتمہارے رب کی طرف (سے)

  9. مِّنْكُمْتم میں سے
  10. لِیُنْذِرَكُمْ ؕتاکہ وہ خبردار کرے تم کو
  11. وَاذْكُرُوْۤااور یاد کرو
  12. اِذْجب
  13. جَعَلَكُمْاس نے بنایا تم کو
  14. خُلَفَآءَجانشین
  15. مِنْکے
  16. بَعْدِبعد
  17. قَوْمِقوم
  18. نُوْحٍنوح کے
  19. وَّزَادَكُمْاور زیادہ دی تم کو
  20. فِیمیں
  21. الْخَلْقِساخت میں
  22. بَصْۜطَةً ۚفراخی
  23. فَاذْكُرُوْۤاپس یاد کرو
  24. اٰلَآءَنعمتوں کو
  25. اللّٰهِاللہ کی
  26. لَعَلَّكُمْتاکہ تم
  27. تُفْلِحُوْنَفلاح پا جاؤ

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کیا تمہیں اس بات پر تعجب ہوا کہ تمہارے پاس خود تمہاری اپنی قوم کے ایک آدمی کے ذریعہ سے تمہارے ربّ کی یاد دہانی آئی تا کہ وہ تمہیں خبردار کرے؟ بھُول نہ جاوٴ کہ تمہارے ربّ نے نوح ؑ کی قوم کے بعد تم کو اُس کا جانشین بنایا اور تمہیں خوب تنومند کیا، پس اللہ کی قدرت کے کرشموں کو یاد رکھو،1 اُمید ہے کہ فلاح پاوٴ گے۔“

  1.  اصل میں لفظ آلاء استعمال ہوا  ہے جس کے معنی نعمتوں کے بھی ہیں اور کرشمائے  قدرت کے بھی اور صفات حمیدہ کے بھی ۔ آیت کا پورا مطلب یہ ہے کہ خدا کی نعمتوں اور اس کے احسانا ت کو بھی یاد رکھو اور یہ بھی فراموش نہ کرو کہ وہ تم سے یہ نعمتیں چھین لینے کی قدرت بھی رکھتا ہے۔

کیا تمہیں تعجب ہے اس بات پر کہ تمہارے پاس تمہارے رب کی طرف سے نصیحت آگئی ہے تم ہی میں سے ایک شخص کے ذریعے تاکہ وہ تمہیں خبردار کر دے اور ذرا یاد کرو جب اللہ نے تمہیں قوم نوح کے بعد ان کا جانشین بنایا اور تمہیں جسمانی اعتبار سے بڑی کشادگی عطا فرمائی تو اللہ کے احسانات کو یاد کرو تاکہ تم فلاح پاؤ۔

Commentary

آیت 69 اَوَعَجِبْتُمْ اَنْ جَآءَ کُمْ ذِکْرٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّکُمْ عَلٰی رَجُلٍ مِّنْکُمْ لِیُنْذِرَکُمْ ط وَاذْکُرُوْٓا اِذْ جَعَلَکُمْ خُلَفَآءَ مِنْم بَعْدِ قَوْمِ نُوْحٍ وَّزَادَکُمْ فِی الْْخَلْقِ بَصْطَۃً ج قوم نوح کی سطوت ختم ہوئی اور قوم تباہ و برباد ہوگئی تو اس کے بعد اللہ تعالیٰ نے قوم عاد کو عروج عطا فرمایا۔ یہ بڑے قد آور اور جسیم لوگ تھے۔ اس قوم کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے دنیاوی طور پر بڑا عروج بخشا تھا۔ شداد اسی قوم کا بادشاہ تھا جس نے بہشت اراضی بنائی تھی۔ اب اس کی جنت اور اس شہر کے کھنڈرات کا سراغ بھی مل چکا ہے۔ جزیرہ نمائے عرب کے جنوبی صحرا میں ایک علاقہ ہے جہاں کی ریت بہت باریک ہے اور اس کے اوپر کوئی چیز ٹک نہیں سکتی۔ اس وجہ سے وہاں آمد و رفت مشکل ہے ‘ کیونکہ اس ریت پر چلنے والی ہرچیز اس کے اندر دھنس جاتی ہے۔ اس علاقے میں سیٹلائٹ کے ذریعے زیر زمین شداد کے اس شہر کا سراغ ملا ہے ‘ جس کی فصیل پر 35 برج تھے۔
