وَنَادٰۤیاور پکاریں گے
اَصْحٰبُوالے
الْاَعْرَافِاعراف (والے)
رِجَالًاکچھ لوگوں کو
یَّعْرِفُوْنَهُمْجن کو وہ پہچانتے ہوں گے
بِسِیْمٰىهُمْان کی علامات سے
قَالُوْاوہ کہیں گے
مَاۤنہ
اَغْنٰیکام آیا
عَنْكُمْتم کو
جَمْعُكُمْجتھا تمہارا
وَمَااور جو کچھ
كُنْتُمْتھے تم
تَسْتَكْبِرُوْنَتم تکبر کرتے
۟

Translation and commentary

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور پکاریں گے اہل اعراف (اہل جہنم میں سے) ان لوگوں کو جنہیں وہ پہچانتے ہوں گے ان کی نشانی سے کہیں گے کہ تمہارے کچھ کام نہ آئی تمہاری جمعیت اور (نہ وہ) جو کچھ تم تکبر کیا کرتے تھے

Commentary

آیت 48 وَنَادآی اَصْحٰبُ الْاَعْرَافِ رِجَالاً یَّعْرِفُوْنَہُمْ بِسِیْمٰٹہُمْ قَالُوْا مَآ اَغْنٰی عَنْکُمْ جَمْعُکُمْ وَمَا کُنْتُمْ تَسْتَکْبِرُوْنَ ۔ وہ انہیں یاد دلائیں گے کہ وہ تمہارے حاشیہ نشین ‘ تمہارے وہ لاؤ لشکر ‘ تمہارا وہ غرور وتکبر ‘ وہ جاہ وحشم سب کہاں گئے ؟ اے ابو جہل ! یہ تیرے ساتھ کیا ہوا ؟ اور اے ولید بن مغیرہ ! یہ تیرا کیا انجام ہوا ؟
