  15. وَاَنْاور یہ کہ
  16. تُشْرِكُوْاتم شریک ٹھہراؤ
  17. بِاللّٰهِاللہ کے ساتھ
  18. مَاجو
  19. لَمْنہیں
  20. یُنَزِّلْاس نے اتاری
  21. بِهٖساتھ اس کے
  22. سُلْطٰنًاکوئی دلیل
  23. وَّاَنْاور یہ کہ
  24. تَقُوْلُوْاتم کہو
  25. عَلَیپر
  26. اللّٰهِاللہ (پر)
  27. مَاوہ جو
  28. لَانہیں
  29. تَعْلَمُوْنَتم جانتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے محمد ؐ ، اِن سے کہو کہ میرے ربّ نے جو چیزیں حرام کی ہیں وہ تو یہ ہیں: بے شرمی کے کام۔۔۔۔خواہ کھُلے ہوں یا چھُپے۔۔۔۔1 اور گُناہ2اور حق کے خلاف زیادتی3اور یہ کہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک کرو جس کے لیے اُس نے کوئی سند نازل نہیں کی اور یہ کہ اللہ کے نام پر کوئی ایسی بات کہو جس کے متعلق تمہیں علم نہ ہو کہ وہ حقیقت میں اُس نے فرمائی ہے

  2. اصل میں  لفظ اِثْمٌ استعمال ہوا ہے جس کے اصل معنی کوتا ہی کے ہیں۔ اٰثِمَہ اُس اونٹنی کو کہتے ہیں جو تیز چل سکتی ہو مگر جان بوجھ کو سُست چلے۔ اسی سے اس لفظ میں گناہ کا مفہوم پیدا ہوا ہے، یعنی انسان کا اپنے رب کی اطاعت و فرماں بر دا ری میں قدرت و استطاعت کے باوجود ، کوتاہی کرنا اور اس کی رضا کو پہنچنے میں جان بوجھ کر قصور دکھانا۔

  3. یعنی اپنی حد سے تجاوز کرکے ایسے حدود میں قدم رکھنا جن کے اندر داخل ہونے کا آدمی کو حق نہ ہو۔ اس تعریف کی رو سے وہ لوگ بھی باغی قرار پاتے ہیں جو بندگی کی حد سے نکل کر خدا کے ملک میں خود مختیارانہ رویّہ اختیار کرتے ہیں، اور وہ بھی جو خد ا کی خدائی میں اپنی کبریائی کے ڈنکے بجاتے ہیں، اور وہ بھی جو بندگانِ خدا کے حقوق پردست درازی کرتے ہیں۔

کہہ دیجیے کہ میرے رب نے تو حرام قرار دیا ہے بےحیائی کی باتوں کو خواہ وہ اعلانیہ ہوں اور خواہ چھپی ہوئی ہوں اور (حرام کیا ہے اس نے) گناہ کو اور ناحق زیادتی کو اور یہ (بھی حرام ٹھہرایا ہے) کہ تم اللہ کے ساتھ شریک ٹھہراؤ (کسی ایسی چیز کو) جس کے لیے اس نے کوئی سند نہیں اتاری ہے اور یہ بھی کہ تم اللہ کی طرف منسوب کرو وہ چیز جس کا تم علم نہیں رکھتے۔

Commentary

آیت 33 قُلْ اِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّیَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَہَرَ مِنْہَا وَمَا بَطَنَ بے حیائی خواہ چھپی ہوئی بھی ہو ‘ اللہ تعالیٰ کو پسند نہیں ہے۔
