رمایا، ”اُتر جاوٴ1، تم ایک دُوسرے کے دشمن ہو، اور تمہارے لیے ایک خاص مدّت تک زمین ہی میں جائے قرار اور سامانِ زیست ہے۔“

یہ شبہ نہ کیا جائے کہ حضرت آدم وحوا علیہما السلام کو جنت سے اُتر جانے کا یہ حکم سزا کے طور پر دیا گیا تھا۔ قرآن میں متعدد مقامات پر اس کی تصریح کی گئی ہے کہ اللہ نے ان کی توبہ قبول کر لی اور انہیں معاف کر دیا۔ لہٰذا اس حکم میں سزا کا کوئی پہلو نہیں ہے بلکہ یہ اُس منشاء کی تکمیل ہے جس کے لیے انسان کو پیدا کیا گیا تھا۔(تشریح کے لیے ملا حظہ ہو سورة بقرہ، حاشیہ 48 و 53)۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 7:24, 7:25)
آیت 24 قَالَ اہْبِطُوْا بَعْضُکُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ ج۔ ھُبُوط کے بارے میں سورة البقرۃ آیت 36 میں وضاحت ہوچکی ہے کہ یہ لفظ صرف بلندی سے نیچے اترنے کے معنی کے لیے ہی خاص نہیں بلکہ ایک جگہ سے دوسری جگہ منتقل ہونے کا مفہوم بھی اس میں شامل ہے۔ جس دشمنی کا ذکر یہاں کیا گیا وہ حضرت آدم کے ہبوط ارضی کے وقت سے آج تک شیطان کی ذریت اور آدم علیہ السلام کی اولاد کے درمیان مسلسل چلی آرہی ہے اور قیامت تک چلتی رہے گی۔ اس کے علاوہ اس سے بنی نوع انسان کی باہمی دشمنیاں بھی مراد ہیں جو مختلف افراد اوراقوام کے درمیان پائی جاتی ہیں۔وَلَکُمْ فِی الْاَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَّمَتَاعٌ اِلٰی حِیْنٍ یہ ٹھکانہ اور مال و متاع ابدی نہیں ہے ‘ بلکہ ایک خاص وقت تک کے لیے ہے۔ اب تمہیں اس زمین پر رہنا بسنا ہے اور وہاں رہنے بسنے کے لیے جو چیزیں ضروری ہیں وہ وہاں پر فراہم کردی گئی ہیں۔
