Surah 7, ayah 22

  1. فَدَلّٰىهُمَاپس کھینچ لیا اس نے دونوں کو
  2. بِغُرُوْرٍ ۚدھوکے کے ساتھ
  3. فَلَمَّاپھر جب
  4. ذَاقَادونوں نے چکھا
  5. الشَّجَرَةَاس درخت کو
  6. بَدَتْظاہر ہوگئیں
  7. لَهُمَاان دونوں کے لئے
  8. سَوْاٰتُهُمَاان کی شرمگاہیں
  9. وَطَفِقَااور لگے وہ دونوں
  10. یَخْصِفٰنِچپکاتے تھے
  11. عَلَیْهِمَااپنے اوپر
  12. مِنْسے
  13. وَّرَقِپتوں میں (سے)
  14. الْجَنَّةِ ؕجنت کے
  15. وَنَادٰىهُمَااور پکارا ان دونوں کو
  16. رَبُّهُمَاۤان کے رب نے
  17. اَلَمْکیا نہیں
  18. اَنْهَكُمَامیں نے روکا تھا تم دونوں کو
  19. عَنْسے
  20. تِلْكُمَااس
  21. الشَّجَرَةِدرخت سے
  22. وَاَقُلْاور کیا میں نے نہیں کہا تھا
  23. لَّكُمَاۤتم دونوں کو
  24. اِنَّکہ بیشک
  25. الشَّیْطٰنَشیطان
  26. لَكُمَاتم دونوں کے لئے
  27. عَدُوٌّدشمن ہے
  28. مُّبِیْنٌکھلا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اس طرح دھو کا دے کر وہ ان دونوں کو رفتہ رفتہ اپنے ڈھب پرلے آیا آخرکار جب انہوں نے اس درخت کا مزا چکھا تو ان کے ستر ایک دوسرے کے سامنے کھل گئے اور اپنے جسموں کو جنت کے پتوں سے ڈھانکنے لگے تب ان کے رب نے انہیں پکارا، " کیا میں نے تمہیں اس درخت سے نہ روکا تھا اور نہ کہا تھا کہ شیطان تمہارا کھلا دشمن ہے؟"

Bayan-ul-Quran

تو اس نے دھوکہ دے کر انہیں مائل کر ہی لیا تو جب ان دونوں نے چکھ لیا اس درخت کے پھل کو تو ظاہر ہوگئیں ان پر ان کی شرمگاہیں اور وہ لگے گانٹھنے جنت کے (درختوں کے) پتوں کو اپنے اوپر (لباس بنانے کے لیے) اور اب آواز دی ان دونوں کو ان کے رب نے کہ کیا میں نے تمہیں منع نہیں کیا تھا اس درخت سے اور کیا میں نے تم سے کہا نہیں تھا کہ شیطان تم دونوں کا کھلا دشمن ہے۔

Commentary

فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَۃَ بَدَتْ لَہُمَا سَوْاٰتُہُمَا وَطَفِقَا یَخْصِفٰنِ عَلَیْہِمَا مِنْ وَّرَقِ الْجَنَّۃِ ط اپنی عریانی کا احساس ہونے کے بعد وہ جنت کے درختوں کے پتوں کو آپس میں سی کر یا جوڑ کر اپنے اپنے ستر کو چھپانے کا اہتمام کرنے لگے۔
