(جواب میں ارشاد ہوا کہ) "جن لوگوں نے بچھڑے کو معبود بنایا وہ ضرور اپنے رب کے غضب میں گرفتار ہو کر رہیں گے اور دنیا کی زندگی میں ذلیل ہوں گے جھوٹ گھڑنے والوں کو ہم ایسی ہی سزا دیتے ہیں

آیت 152 اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ اتَّخَذُوا الْعِجْلَ سَیَنَالُہُمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّھِمْ وَذِلَّۃٌ فِی الْْحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنْیَا ط۔ غضب سے آخرت کا غضب بھی مراد ہے اور قتل مرتد کی وہ سزا بھی جس کا ذکر ہم سورة البقرۃ کی آیت 54 میں پڑھ آئے ہیں۔
