Surah 7, ayah 143

  1. وَلَمَّااور جب
  2. جَآءَآئے
  3. مُوْسٰیموسیٰ
  4. لِمِیْقَاتِنَاہمارے مقرر وقت پر
  5. وَكَلَّمَهٗاور کلام کیا اس سے
  6. رَبُّهٗ ۙاس کے رب نے
  7. قَالَبولے۔ التجا کی
  8. رَبِّاے میرے رب
  9. اَرِنِیْۤدکھا مجھ کو
  10. اَنْظُرْمیں دیکھوں
  11. اِلَیْكَ ؕتیری طرف
  12. قَالَفرمایا
  13. لَنْہرگز نہ
  14. تَرٰىنِیْتو دیکھ سکے گا مجھ کو
  15. وَلٰكِنِلیکن
  16. انْظُرْدیکھ
  17. اِلَیطرف
  18. الْجَبَلِپہاڑ کی
  19. فَاِنِپھر اگر
  20. اسْتَقَرَّقائم رہے۔ ٹک جائے
  21. مَكَانَهٗاپنی جگہ پر
  22. فَسَوْفَتو عنقریب
  23. تَرٰىنِیْ ۚتم دیکھ لو گے مجھ کو
  24. فَلَمَّاتو جب
  25. تَجَلّٰیتجلی کی
  26. رَبُّهٗاس کے رب نے
  27. لِلْجَبَلِپہاڑ کی طرف
  28. جَعَلَهٗکردیا اس کو
  29. دَكًّاریزہ ریزہ
  30. وَّخَرَّاور گرپڑے
  31. مُوْسٰیموسیٰ
  32. صَعِقًا ۚبےہوش ہوکر
  33. فَلَمَّاۤپھر جب
  34. اَفَاقَہوش میں آئے
  35. قَالَعرض کی
  36. سُبْحٰنَكَپاک ہے تو
  37. تُبْتُمیں توبہ کرتا ہوں
  38. اِلَیْكَتیری طرف
  39. وَاَنَااور میں
  40. اَوَّلُسب سے پہلا ہوں
  41. الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَایمان لانے والوں میں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جب وہ ہمارے مقرر کیے ہوئے وقت پر پہنچا اور اس کے رب نے اس سے کلام کیا تو اس نے التجا کی کہ "اے رب، مجھے یارائے نظر دے کہ میں تجھے دیکھوں" فرمایا "تو مجھے نہیں دیکھ سکتا ہاں ذرا سامنے کے پہاڑ کی طرف دیکھ، اگر وہ اپنی جگہ قائم رہ جائے تو البتہ تو مجھے دیکھ سکے گا" چنانچہ اس کے رب نے جب پہاڑ پر تجلی کی تو اسے ریزہ ریزہ کر دیا اور موسیٰؑ غش کھا کر گر پڑا جب ہوش آیا تو بولا "پاک ہے تیری ذات، میں تیرے حضور توبہ کرتا ہوں اور سب سے پہلا ایمان لانے والا میں ہوں"

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور جب موسیٰ ؑ ٰ پہنچے ہمارے وقت مقررہ پر اور ان سے کلام کیا ان کے رب نے انہوں نے درخواست کی کہ اے میرے پروردگار ! مجھے یارائے نظر دے کہ میں تجھے دیکھوں۔ اللہ نے فرمایا کہ تم مجھے ہرگز نہیں دیکھ سکتے لیکن ذرا اس پہاڑ کو دیکھو اگر وہ اپنی جگہ پر کھڑا رہ جائے تو تم بھی مجھے دیکھ سکو گے تو جب اس ؑ کے رب نے اپنی تجلی ڈالی پہاڑ پر تو کردیا اس کو ریزہ ریزہ اور موسیٰ ؑ ٰ گرپڑے بےہوش ہو کر پھر جب آپ ؑ کو افاقہ ہوا تو کہا کہ (اے اللہ !) تو پاک ہے میں تیری جناب میں توبہ کرتا ہوں اور میں ہوں پہلا ایمان لانے والا !

Commentary

فَلَمَّا تَجَلّٰی رَبُّہٗ لِلْجَبَلِ جَعَلَہٗ دَکًّا جَلَا یَجْلُو جَلَاءً کے معنی ہیں ظاہر کرنا ‘ روشن کرنا۔ اس سے تجلّی باب تفعل ہے ‘ یعنی کسی چیز کا خود روشن ہوجانا۔ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی ذات کی تجلی تھی جو پہاڑ پر ڈالی گئی جس سے پہاڑ ریزہ ریزہ ہوگیا۔وَّخَرَّ مُوْسٰی صَعِقًا ج تجلئ باری تعالیٰ کے اس بالواسطہ مشاہدے کو بھی حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام برداشت نہ کرسکے۔ پہاڑ پر تجلی کا پڑنا تھا کہ آپ علیہ السلام بےہوش ہو کر گرپڑے۔فَلَمَّآ اَفَاقَ قَالَ سُبْحٰنَکَ تُبْتُ اِلَیْکَ وَاَنَا اَوَّلُ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ جب حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کو ہوش آیا تو آپ علیہ السلام نے اللہ تعالیٰ کے حضور اپنے سوال کی جسارت پر توبہ کی اور عرض کیا کہ اے اللہ ! میں تجھے دیکھے بغیر سب سے پہلے تجھ پر ایمان لانے والا ہوں۔
