- مُوْسٰۤیموسیٰ کی

- اَلْقِپھینکو تم
- عَصَاكَ ۚاپنا عصا
- فَاِذَاتو یکایک۔ دفعتا
- هِیَوہ
- تَلْقَفُنگل رہا تھا
- مَااس کو جو
- یَاْفِكُوْنَوہ گھڑ لائے تھے

ہم نے موسیٰ کو اشارہ کیا کہ پھینک اپنا عصا۔ اس کا پھینکنا تھا کہ آن کی آن میں وہ ان کے اس جھُوٹے طلسم کو نگلتا چلا گیا۔1

یہ گمان کرنا کرنا صحیح نہیں ہے کہ عصا ان لاٹھیوں اور رسیوں کو نگل گیا جو جادوگروں نے پھینکی تھیں اور سانپ اور اژدہے بنی نظر آرہی تھیں۔ قرآن جو کچھ کہہ رہا ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ عصا نے سانپ بن کر اُن کے اُس طلسم فریب کونگلنا شروع کر دیا جو انہوں نے تیار کیا تھا۔اس کا صاف مطلب یہ معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ یہ سانپ جدھر جدھر گیا تہاں سے جادو کا وہ ا ثر کافور ہوتا چلا گیا جس کی بدولت لاٹھیاں اور رسیاں سانپوں کی طرح لہراتی نظر آتی تھیں، اور اس کی ایک ہی گردش میں جادوگروں کی ہر لاٹھی، لاٹھی اور ہر رسی ، رسی بن کر رہ گئی۔(مزید تشریح کے لیےملاحظہ ہو طہٰ، حاشیہ 42)۔
