  1. وَكَاَیِّنْاور کتنی ہی
  2. مِّنْسے
  3. قَرْیَةٍبستیوں میں (سے)
  4. عَتَتْانہوں نے سرکشی کی
  5. عَنْسے
  6. اَمْرِحکم (سے)
  7. رَبِّهَااپنے رب کے
  8. وَرُسُلِهٖاور اس کے رسولوں سے
  9. فَحَاسَبْنٰهَاتو حساب لیا ہم نے اس سے
  10. حِسَابًاحساب
  11. شَدِیْدًا ۙسخت
  12. وَّعَذَّبْنٰهَااور عذاب دیا ہم نے اس کو
  13. عَذَابًاعذاب
  14. نُّكْرًاسخت

1 کتنی ہی بستیاں ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے رب اور اُس کے رسُولوں کے حکم سے سرتابی کی تو ہم نے اُن سے سخت محاسبہ کیا  اور اُن کو بُری طرح سزا دی۔

  1. اب مسلمانوں کو متنبہ کیا جاتا ہے کہ اللہ کے رسول اور اس کی کتاب کے ذریعہ سے جو احکام ان کو دیے گئے ہیں ان کی اگر وہ نافرمانی کریں گے تو دنیا اور آخرت میں کس انجام سے دوچار ہونگے ، اور اگر اطاعت کی راہ اختیار کریں گے تو کیا جزا پائیں گے ۔
