  1. لِیُنْفِقْتاکہ خرچ کرے
  2. ذُوْوالا
  3. سَعَةٍوسعت (والا)
  4. مِّنْسے
  5. سَعَتِهٖ ؕاپنی وسعت میں (سے)
  6. وَمَنْاور جو کوئی
  7. قُدِرَتنگ کیا گیا
  8. عَلَیْهِاس پر
  9. رِزْقُهٗاس کا رزق
  10. فَلْیُنْفِقْپس چاہیے کہ خرچ کرے
  11. مِمَّاۤاس میں سے جو
  12. اٰتٰىهُعطا کیا اس کو
  13. اللّٰهُ ؕاللہ نے
  14. لَانہیں
  15. یُكَلِّفُتکلیف دیتا
  16. اللّٰهُاللہ
  17. نَفْسًاکسی شخص کو
  18. اِلَّامگر
  19. مَاۤجتنا
  20. اٰتٰىهَا ؕدیا اس نے اس کو
  21. سَیَجْعَلُعنقریب کردے گا
  22. اللّٰهُاللہ
  23. بَعْدَبعد
  24. عُسْرٍتنگی کے
  25. یُّسْرًاآسانی

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

خوشحال آدمی اپنی خوشحالی کے مطابق نفقہ دے، اور جس کو رزق کم دیا گیا ہو وہ اُسی مال میں سے خرچ کرے جو اللہ نے اسے دیا ہے اللہ نے جس کو جتنا کچھ دیا ہے اس سے زیادہ کا وہ اُسے مکلف نہیں کرتا بعید نہیں کہ اللہ تنگ دستی کے بعد فراخ دستی بھی عطا فرما دے

Bayan-ul-Quran

چاہیے کہ خرچ کرے وسعت والا اپنی وسعت کے مطابق۔ اور جس پر اس کا رزق تنگ کردیا گیا ہے وہ خرچ کرے اس میں سے جو اللہ نے اس کو دیا ہے۔ اللہ کسی جان کو ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہراتا مگر اسی قدر جو اس نے اسے دے رکھا ہے۔ عنقریب اللہ تنگی کے بعد آسانی بھی پیدا کر دے گا۔

Commentary

آیت 7{ لِیُنْفِقْ ذُوْ سَعَۃٍ مِّنْ سَعَتِہٖ } ”چاہیے کہ خرچ کرے وسعت والا اپنی وسعت کے مطابق۔“ { وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَیْہِ رِزْقُہٗ فَلْیُنْفِقْ مِمَّـآ اٰتٰـٹہُ اللّٰہُ } ”اور جس پر اس کا رزق تنگ کردیا گیا ہے وہ خرچ کرے اس میں سے جو اللہ نے اس کو دیا ہے۔“ { لَا یُـکَلِّفُ اللّٰہُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا مَـآ اٰتٰٹہَاط } ”اللہ کسی جان کو ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہراتا مگر اسی قدر جو اس نے اسے دے رکھا ہے۔“ یعنی عدت کے دوران مطلقہ کی رہائش ‘ حمل کے دوران اس کا نان نفقہ ‘ رضاعت کی اجرت وغیرہ کے معیار کا انحصار مرد کی مالی حیثیت کے مطابق ہونا چاہیے۔ اگر کشادگی ہے تو مطلقہ پر بھی اسے اسی انداز سے خرچ کرنا چاہیے اور اگر تنگ دستی کی کیفیت ہے تو ظاہر ہے وہ اسی حد تک مکلف ہے جس حد تک اس کی استطاعت ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ہر کسی کے حالات سے باخبر ہے۔ { سَیَجْعَلُ اللّٰہُ بَعْدَ عُسْرٍ یُّسْرًا۔ } ”عنقریب اللہ تنگی کے بعد آسانی بھی پیدا کر دے گا۔“
