Commentary
آیت 18{ عٰلِمُ الْغَیْبِ وَالشَّہَادَۃِ الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَکِیْمُ۔ } ”جاننے والا ہے چھپے اور کھلے سب کا ‘ وہ بہت زبردست ہے ‘ کمال حکمت والا ہے۔“ یعنی وہ غائب و حاضر ‘ چھپے اور کھلے سب کا جاننے والا ہے۔ اس میں ایک جانب تقویٰ ‘ اطاعت اور انفاق پر کاربند رہنے والے اہل ِایمان کے لیے بشارت اور یقین دہانی مضمر ہے کہ وہ مطمئن رہیں کہ ان کی کوئی نیکی ضائع جانے والی نہیں ہے اور دوسری طرف اعراض و انکار کی روش اختیار کرنے والوں کے لیے تہدید و تنبیہہ بھی ہے کہ تمہاری کوئی حرکت اللہ سے پوشیدہ نہیں اور وہ تمہیں کیفر کردار تک پہنچانے کے لیے کامل غلبہ و اقتدار کا مالک ہے۔ اس لیے کہ وہ ”العزیز“ ہے۔ اور اگر وہ تمہاری گرفت فوری طور پر نہیں کر رہا بلکہ تمہیں مہلت اور ڈھیل دیے جارہا ہے تو یہ اس کی حکمت ِکاملہ کا مظہر ہے ‘ اس لیے کہ جہاں وہ ”العزیز“ ہے وہاں وہ ”الحکیم“ بھی ہے۔ نوٹ کیجیے ! اس سورت کا اختتام الْعَزِیْزُ الْحَکِیْمُ پر ہو رہا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ کے یہ دو اسماء گزشتہ چاروں المُسَبِّحات سورۃ الحدید ‘ سورة الحشر ‘ سورة الصف ‘ سورة الجمعہ کے آغاز میں آئے ہیں۔ گویا ان اسماء کو المُسَبِّحات کے ساتھ خصوصی نسبت ہے۔ چناچہ اس سورت سورۃ التغابن بھی المُسَبِّحات میں سے ہے کے آغاز میں یہ دونوں نام نہیں آئے تو اختتام پر آگئے ہیں۔
