وَهُوَاور وہ اللہ
الَّذِیْوہ ذات ہے
جَعَلَجس نے بنائے
لَكُمُتمہارے لیے
النُّجُوْمَستارے
لِتَهْتَدُوْاتاکہ تم راہ پاؤ
بِهَاان کے ذریعے
فِیْمیں
ظُلُمٰتِتاریکیوں
الْبَرِّخشکی
وَالْبَحْرِ ؕاور سمندر کی
قَدْتحقیق
فَصَّلْنَاکھول کھول کر رکھ دیں ہم نے
الْاٰیٰتِآیات
لِقَوْمٍاس قوم کے لیے
یَّعْلَمُوْنَجو علم رکھتی ہو
۟

Translation and commentary

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور وہی ہے جس نے تمہارے لیے ستارے بنائے تاکہ تم ان سے خشکی اور سمندر کی تاریکیوں میں راستہ پاؤ ہم نے تو اپنی نشانیاں تفصیل سے بیان کردی ہیں ان لوگوں کے لیے جو علم رکھتے ہیں

Commentary

آیت 97 وَہُوَ الَّذِیْ جَعَلَ لَکُمُ النُّجُوْمَ لِتَہْتَدُوْا بِہَا فِیْ ظُلُمٰتِ الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ ط اندھیری راتوں میں قافلے چلتے تھے تو وہ ستاروں سے سمت متعین کر کے چلتے تھے۔ اسی طرح سمندر میں جہاز رانی کے لیے بھی ستاروں کی مدد سے ہی رخ متعین کیا جاتا تھا۔
