  1. اُولٰٓىِٕكَیہی وہ
  2. الَّذِیْنَلوگ ہیں جن کو
  3. هَدَیہدایت دی
  4. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  5. فَبِهُدٰىهُمُپس بوجہ ان کی ہدایت کے
  6. اقْتَدِهْ ؕپیروی کر اس کی ہدایت کی
  7. قُلْکہہ دیجیے
  8. لَّاۤنہیں
  9. اَسْـَٔلُكُمْمیں سوال کرتا تم سے
  10. عَلَیْهِاس پر
  11. اَجْرًا ؕکسی اجر کا
  12. اِنْنہیں
  13. هُوَوہ
  14. اِلَّامگر
  15. ذِكْرٰینصیحت
  16. لِلْعٰلَمِیْنَجہان والوں کے لیے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے محمدؐ! وہی لوگ اللہ کی طرف سے ہدایت یافتہ تھے، انہی کے راستہ پر تم چلو، اور کہہ دو کہ میں (اس تبلیغ و ہدایت کے) کام پر تم سے کسی اجر کا طالب نہیں ہوں، یہ تو ایک عام نصیحت ہے تمام دنیا والوں کے لیے

Bayan-ul-Quran

یہی لوگ ہیں جن کو اللہ نے ہدایت دی تھی تو آپ بھی ان کی ہدایت کی پیروی کیجیے کہہ دیجیے میں تم سے اس پر کسی اجر کا طالب نہیں ہوں۔ یہ نہیں ہے مگر تمام جہان والوں کے لیے یاد دہانی

Commentary

آیت 90 اُولٰٓءِکَ الَّذِیْنَ ہَدَی اللّٰہُ فَبِہُدٰٹہُمُ اقْتَدِہْ ط یعنی ابھی جن ابنیاء و رسل کا ذکر ہوا ہے ‘ سترہ ناموں کا خوبصورت گلدستہ آپ نے ملاحظہ کیا ہے ‘ وہ سب کے سب اللہ تعالیٰ کے ہدایت یافتہ تھے۔ اس سلسلے میں حضور ﷺ کو فرمایا جا رہا ہے کہ آپ بھی ان کے طریقے کی پیروی کریں۔ اس آیت سے ایک بہت اہم نکتہ اور اصول یہ سامنے آتا ہے کہ سابق انبیاء کی شریعت کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے جن احکام کی نفی نہ کی گئی ہو ‘ وہ ہمارے لیے بھی قابل اتباع ہیں۔ مثلاً رجم کی سزا قرآن میں مذکور نہیں ہے ‘ یہ سابقہ شریعت کی سزا ہے ‘ جس کو حضور ﷺ نے برقرار رکھا ہے۔ اسی طرح قتل مرتد کی سزا کا ذکر بھی قرآن میں نہیں ہے ‘ یہ بھی سابقہ شریعت کی سزا ہے ‘ جس کو برقرار رکھا گیا ہے۔ اس نکتے سے یہ اصول سامنے آتا ہے کہ جب تک قرآن و سنت میں سابقہ شریعت کے کسی حکم کی نفی نہیں ہوتی وہ حکم اسلامی شریعت میں برقرار رہتا ہے۔قُلْ لَّآ اَسْءَلُکُمْ عَلَیْہِ اَجْرًاط اِنْ ہُوَ الاَّ ذِکْرٰی لِلْعٰلَمِیْنَ یہ قرآن تو بس اہل عالم کے لیے ایک نصیحت ہے ‘ یاد دہانی ہے ‘ جو چاہے اس سے کسب فیض کرے ‘ جو چاہے اس سے نور حاصل کرے ‘ جو چاہے اس سے صراط مستقیم کی راہنمائی اخذ کرلے۔
