- وَاَنْذِرْاور خبردار کیجیے
- بِهِساتھ اس کے
- الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کو
- یَخَافُوْنَجو ڈرتے ہیں
- اَنْکہ
- یُّحْشَرُوْۤاوہ اکٹھے کیے جائیں گے

- رَبِّهِمْاپنے رب کے
- لَیْسَنہیں
- لَهُمْان کے لیے
- مِّنْسے
- دُوْنِهٖاس کے سوا

- وَّلَااور نہ
- شَفِیْعٌکوئی سفارشی
- لَّعَلَّهُمْشاید کہ وہ
- یَتَّقُوْنَوہ تقوی اختیار کریں

ا ے محمد ؐ ! تم اِس (علم وحی) کے ذریعہ سے اُن لوگوں کو نصیحت کرو جو اس بات کا خوف رکھتے ہیں کہ اپنے ربّ کے سامنے کبھی اس حال میں پیش کیے جائیں گے کہ اُس کے سوا وہاں کوئی (ایسا ذی اقتدار) نہ ہوگا جو ان کا حامی و مدد گار ہو، یا ان کی سفارش کرے، شاید کہ (اس نصیحت سے متنبّہ ہو کر) وہ خداترسی کی روش اختیار کرلیں۔1

مطلب یہ ہے کہ جو لوگ دنیا کی زندگی میں ایسے مدہوش ہیں کہ انھیں نہ موت کی فکر ہے نہ یہ خیال ہے کہ کبھی ہمیں اپنے خدا کو بھی منہ دکھانا ہے، ان پر تو یہ نصیحت ہر گز کار گر نہ ہوگی۔ اور اسی طرح ان لوگوں پر بھی اس کا کچھ اثر نہ ہوگا جو اس بے بُنیاد بھروسے پر جی رہے ہیں کہ دُنیا میں ہم جو چاہیں کر گزریں ، آخرت میں ہمارا بال تک بیکا نہ ہوگا ، کیونکہ ہم فلاں کے دامن گرفتہ ہیں، یا فلاں ہماری سفارش کر دے گا، یا فلاں ہمارے لیے کَفّارہ بن چکا ہے۔ لہٰذا ایسے لوگوں کو چھوڑ کر تم اپنا رُوئے سخن ان لوگوں کی طرف رکھو جو خدا کے سامنے حاضری کا بھی اندیشہ رکھتے ہوں اور اس کے ساتھ جھوٹے بھروسوں پر پھُولے ہوئے بھی نہ ہوں۔ اس نصیحت کا اثر صرف ایسے ہی لوگوں پر ہو سکتا ہے اور انہی کے درست ہونے کی توقع کی جا سکتی ہے۔
