  1. وَلَقَدْاور البتہ تحقیق
  2. كُذِّبَتْجھٹلائے گئے
  3. رُسُلٌکئی رسول
  4. مِّنْآپ سے
  5. قَبْلِكَپہلے
  6. فَصَبَرُوْاپس انہوں نے صبر کیا
  7. عَلٰیاوپر
  8. مَااس کے جو
  9. كُذِّبُوْاوہ جھٹلائے گئے
  10. وَاُوْذُوْااور وہ ستائے گئے
  11. حَتّٰۤییہاں تک کہ
  12. اَتٰىهُمْآئی ان کے پاس
  13. نَصْرُنَا ۚہماری مدد
  14. وَلَااور نہیں
  15. مُبَدِّلَکوئی بدلنے والا
  16. لِكَلِمٰتِکلمات
  17. اللّٰهِ ۚاللہ کے
  18. وَلَقَدْاور البتہ تحقیق
  19. جَآءَكَآگئی ہیں تیرے پاس
  20. مِنْمیں سے
  21. نَّبَإِىۡخبروں
  22. الْمُرْسَلِیْنَرسولوں کی

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تم سے پہلے بھی بہت سے رسُول جھٹلائے جا چکے ہیں، مگر اس تکذیب پر اور اُن اذیّتوں پر جو انہیں پہنچائی گئیں، انہوں نے صبر کیا، یہاں تک کہ انہیں ہماری مد پہنچ گئی۔ اللہ کی باتوں کو بدلنے کی طاقت کسی میں نہیں ہے،1 اور پچھلے رسُولوں کے ساتھ جو کچھ پیش آیا اس کی خبریں تمہیں پہنچ ہی چکی ہیں

  1. یعنی اللہ نے حق اور باطل کی کش مکش کے لیے جو قانون  بنا دیا ہے اسے تبدیل کرنا کسی کے بس میں نہیں ہے۔ حق پرستوں کے لیے ناگزیر ہے کہ وہ ایک طویل مدّت تک آزمائشوں کی بھٹی میں تپائے جائیں۔ اپنے صبر کا، اپنی راستبازی کا ، اپنے ایثار اور اپنی فداکاری کا ، اپنے ایمان کی پختگی اور اپنے توکّل  علی اللہ کا امتحان دیں۔ مصائب اور مشکلات کے دَور سے گزر کر اپنے اندر وہ صفات پرورش کرریں جو صرف اِسی دشوار گزار گھاٹی میں پرورش پا سکتی ہیں۔ اور ابتداءً خالص اخلاقِ فاضلہ و سیرتِ صالحہ کے ہتھیاروں سے جاہلیّت پر فتح حاصل کر کے دکھائیں۔ اس طرح جب وہ اپنا اصلح ہونا ثابت کر دیں گے تب اللہ کی نُصرت ٹھیک اپنے وقت پر ان کی دستگیری کے لیے آپہنچے گی۔ وقت سے پہلے وہ کسی کے لائے نہیں آسکتی۔
