بَلْبلکہ
بَدَاظاہر ہوگیا
لَهُمْان کے لیے
مَّاجو
كَانُوْاتھے وہ
یُخْفُوْنَوہ چھپاتے
مِنْاس سے
قَبْلُ ؕقبل
وَلَوْاور اگر
رُدُّوْاوہ لوٹائے جائیں
لَعَادُوْاالبتہ لوٹ آئیں
لِمَاواسطے اس کے جو
نُهُوْاوہ روکے گئے
عَنْهُاس سے
وَاِنَّهُمْاور بیشک وہ
لَكٰذِبُوْنَالبتہ جھوٹے ہیں
۟

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

در حقیقت یہ بات وہ محض اس وجہ سے کہیں گے کہ جس حقیقت پر انہوں نے پردہ ڈال رکھا تھا وہ اس وقت بے نقاب ہو کر ان کے سامنے آچکی ہوگی،¹ ورنہ اگر انہیں سابق زندگی کی طرف واپس بھیجا جائے تو پھر وہی سب کچھ کریں جس سے انہیں منع کیا گیا ہے، وہ تو ہیں ہی جھوٹے (اس لیے اپنی اس خواہش کے اظہار میں بھی جھوٹ ہی سے کام لیں گے)

یعنی ان کا یہ قول درحقیقت عقل و فکر کے کسی صحیح فیصلے اور کسی حقیقی تبدیلی رائے کا نتیجہ نہ ہوگا بلکہ محض مشاہدۂ حق کا نتیجہ ہوگا جس کے بعد ظاہر ہے کہ کوئی کٹّے سے کٹّا کافر بھی انکار کی جرأت نہیں کر سکتا۔
