  1. وَمِنَاور سے
  2. الْاَنْعَامِمویشیوں میں (سے کچھ)
  3. حَمُوْلَةًاٹھانے والے ہیں
  4. وَّفَرْشًا ؕچھوٹے قد کے / زمین سے لگے ہوئے

  6. مِمَّااس میں سے جو
  7. رَزَقَكُمُرزق دیا تم کو
  8. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  9. وَلَااور نہ
  10. تَتَّبِعُوْاتم پیروی کرو
  11. خُطُوٰتِقدموں کی
  12. الشَّیْطٰنِ ؕشیطان کے
  13. اِنَّهٗبیشک وہ
  14. لَكُمْتمہارے لئے
  15. عَدُوٌّدشمن ہے
  16. مُّبِیْنٌکھلم کھلا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

پھر وہی ہے جس نے مویشیوں میں سے وہ جانور بھی پیدا کیے جن سے سواری و بار برداری کا کام لیا جاتا ہے اور وہ بھی جو کھانے اور بچھانے کے کام آتے ہیں۔1 کھاوٴ اُن چیزوں میں سے جو اللہ نے تمہیں بخشی ہیں اور شیطان کی پیروی نہ کرو کہ وہ تمہارا کُھلا دشمن ہے۔2

  1. اصل میں لفظ فَرْش استعمال ہوا ہے ۔ جانوروں کو فرش کہنا یا تو اس رعایت سے ہےکہ وہ چھوٹے قد کے ہیں اور زمین سے لگے ہوئے چلتے ہیں۔ یا اس رعایت سے کہ وہ ذبح کے لیے زمین پر لٹائے جاتے ہیں، یا اس رعایت سے کہ ان کی کھالوں اور ان کے بالوں سے فرش بنائے جاتے ہیں۔

  2. سلسلۂ کلام پر نظر کرنے سے صاف معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ یہاں اللہ تعالیٰ تین باتیں ذہن نشین کرانا چاہتا ہے ۔ ایک یہ کہ یہ باغ اور کھیت اور یہ جانور جو تم کو حاصل ہیں ، یہ سب اللہ کے بخشے ہوئے ہیں، کسی دُوسرے کا اس بخشش میں کوئی حصّہ نہیں ہے، اس لیے بخشش کے شکریہ میں بھی کسی کا کوئی حصّہ نہیں ہو سکتا۔ دوسرے یہ کہ جب یہ چیزیں اللہ کی بخشش ہیں تو ان کے استعمال میں اللہ ہی کے قانون کی پیروی ہونی چاہیے۔ کسی دُوسرے کو حق نہیں پہنچتا کہ ان کے استعمال پر اپنی طرف سے حدود مقرر کر دے۔ اللہ کے سوا کسی اَ ور کی مقرر کردہ رسموں کی پابندی کرنا اور اللہ کے سوا کسی اَور کے آگے شُکرِ نعمت کی نذر پیش کرنا ہی حد سے گزرنا ہے اور یہی شیطان کی پیروی ہے۔ تیسرے یہ کہ یہ سب چیزیں اللہ نے انسان کے کھانے پینے اور استعمال کرنے ہی کے لیے پیدا کی ہیں،  اس لیے پیدا نہیں کیں کہ انھیں خواہ مخواہ حرام کر لیا جائے۔ اپنے اوہام اور قیاسات کی بنا پر جو پابندیاں لوگوں نے خدا کے رزق اور اس کی بخشی ہوئی چیزوں کے استعمال پر عائد کر لی ہیں  وہ سب منشاءِ الہٰی کے خلاف ہیں۔

اور چوپایوں میں سے (اس نے پیدا کیے ہیں) کچھ بوجھ اٹھانے والے اور کچھ زمین سے لگے ہوئے کھاؤ اس میں سے جو اللہ نے تمہیں رزق دیا ہے اور شیطان کے نقش قدم کی پیروی نہ کرو یقیناً وہ تمہارا کھلا دشمن ہے

Commentary

آیت 142 وَمِنَ الْاَنْعَامِ حَمُوْلَۃً وَّفَرْشًا ط حَمُوْلَۃ وہ جانور ہیں جو قد کاٹھ اور ڈیل ڈول میں بڑے بڑے ہیں اور جن سے باربرداری کا کام لیا جاسکتا ہے ‘ مثلاً گھوڑا ‘ خچر ‘ اونٹ وغیرہ۔ ان کے برعکس کچھ ایسے جانور ہیں جو اس طرح کی خدمت کے اہل نہیں ہیں اور چھوٹی جسامت کی وجہ سے استعارۃً انہیں فرش زمین سے منسوب کیا گیا ہے ‘ گویا زمین سے لگے ہوئے ہیں ‘ مثلاً بھیڑ ‘ بکری وغیرہ۔ یہ ہر طرح کے جانور اللہ تعالیٰ نے انسانوں کے لیے پیدا کیے ہیں۔
