- وَیَوْمَاور جس دن
- یَحْشُرُهُمْوہ اکٹھا کرے گا ان
- جَمِیْعًا ۚسب کو ( تو کہے گا)
- یٰمَعْشَرَاے گروہ
- الْجِنِّاے جنوں کے گروہ
- قَدِتحقیق
- اسْتَكْثَرْتُمْبہت زیادہ لیا تم نے
- مِّنَسے
- الْاِنْسِ ۚانسانوں میں سے
- وَقَالَاور کہیں گے
- اَوْلِیٰٓؤُهُمْان کے سرپرست
- مِّنَسے
- الْاِنْسِانسانوں میں سے
- رَبَّنَااے ہمارے رب
- اسْتَمْتَعَفائدہ اٹھایا
- بَعْضُنَاہم میں سے بعض نے
- بِبَعْضٍساتھ بعض کے
- وَّبَلَغْنَاۤاور پہنچے ہم
- اَجَلَنَااپنی قدرت کو
- الَّذِیْۤوہ جو
- اَجَّلْتَتو نے مقرر کی
- لَنَا ؕہمارے لئے
- قَالَوہ کہے گا
- النَّارُآگ
- مَثْوٰىكُمْٹھکانہ ہے تمہارا
- خٰلِدِیْنَہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں
- فِیْهَاۤاس میں
- اِلَّامگر
- مَاجو
- شَآءَچاہے
- اللّٰهُ ؕاللہ
- اِنَّبیشک
- رَبَّكَتیرا رب
- حَكِیْمٌحکمت والا ہے
- عَلِیْمٌعلم والا ہے

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
جس روز اللہ ان سب لوگوں کو گھیر کر جمع کرے گا، اس روز وہ جِنوں1سے خطاب کرکے فرمائے گا کہ ”اے گروہِ جِن! تم نے تو نوعِ انسانی پر خوب ہاتھ صاف کیا“۔ انسانوں میں سے جو اُن کے رفیق تھے وہ عرض کریں گے ”پروردگار ! ہم میں سے ہر ایک نے دُوسرے کو خوب استعمال کیا ہے،2 اور اب ہم اُس وقت پر آپہنچے ہیں جو تُونے ہمارے لیے مقرر کردیا تھا“۔ اللہ فرمائے گا ”اچھا اب آگ تمہارا ٹھکانا ہے، اس میں تم ہمیشہ رہوگے“۔ اُس سے بچیں گے صرف وہی جنہیں اللہ بچانا چاہے گا، بیشک تمہارا رب دانا اور علیم ہے۔3

یہاں جِنوں سے مراد شیاطین جِن ہیں۔

یعنی ہم میں سے ہر ایک نے دُوسرے سے ناجائز فائدے اُٹھائے ہیں، ہر ایک دُوسرے کو فریب میں مبتلا کر کے اپنی خواہشات پوری کرتا رہا ہے۔

یعنی اگرچہ اللہ کو اختیار ہے کہ جسے چاہے سزا دے اور جسے چاہے معاف کر دے ، مگر یہ سزا اور معافی بلاوجہِ معقول ، مجرّد خواہش کی بنا پر نہیں ہو گی، بلکہ علم اور حکمت پر مبنی ہو گی۔ خدا معاف اسی مجرم کو کرے گا جس کے متعلق وہ جانتا ہے کہ وہ کود اپنے جُرم کا ذمّہ دار نہیں ہے اور جس کے متعلق اس کی حکمت یہ فیصلہ کر ے گی کہ اسے سزا نہ دی جانی چاہیے۔
