- فَمَنْپس جس کے ساتھ
- یُّرِدِارادہ کرتا ہے
- اللّٰهُاللہ
- اَنْکہ
- یَّهْدِیَهٗہدایت دے اس کو
- یَشْرَحْکھول دیتا ہے
- صَدْرَهٗسینہ اس کا
- لِلْاِسْلَامِ ۚاسلام کے لئے
- وَمَنْاور جس کے لئے
- یُّرِدْوہ ارادہ رکھتا ہے
- اَنْکہ
- یُّضِلَّهٗبھٹکا دے اس کو
- یَجْعَلْکردیتا ہے
- صَدْرَهٗاس کا سینہ
- ضَیِّقًاتنگ
- حَرَجًاجکڑا ہوا / بھنچا ہوا
- كَاَنَّمَاگویا کہ
- یَصَّعَّدُوہ چڑھتا ہے
- فِیمیں
- السَّمَآءِ ؕآسمان
- كَذٰلِكَاسی طرح
- یَجْعَلُڈال دیتا ہے
- اللّٰهُاللہ
- الرِّجْسَعذاب کو / نجاست کو
- عَلَیپر
- الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں پر
- لَانہیں
- یُؤْمِنُوْنَجو ایمان نہیں لاتے

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
پس (یہ حقیقت ہے کہ) جسے اللہ ہدایت بخشنے کا ارادہ کرتا ہے اُس کا سینہ اسلام کے لیے کھول دیتا ہے1 اور جسے گمراہی میں ڈالنے کا ارادہ کرتا ہے اُس کے سینے کو تنگ کردیتا ہے اور ایسا بھینچتا ہے کہ (اسلام کا تصوّر کرتے ہی) اُسے یوں معلوم ہونے لگتا ہے کہ گویا اس کی رُوح آسمان کی طرف پرواز کررہی ہے۔ اس طرح اللہ ( حق سے فرار اور نفرت کی) ناپاکی اُن لوگوں پر مسلّط کردیتا ہے جو ایمان نہیں لاتے
