Surah 6, ayah 124

  1. وَاِذَااور جب
  2. جَآءَتْهُمْآتی ہے ان کے پاس
  3. اٰیَةٌکوئی نشانی
  4. قَالُوْاوہ کہتے ہیں
  5. لَنْہم ہرگز نہیں
  6. نُّؤْمِنَایمان لائیں
  7. حَتّٰییہاں تک کہ
  8. نُؤْتٰیہم دیئے جائیں
  9. مِثْلَمانند (اس کے)
  10. مَاۤجو
  11. اُوْتِیَدیے گئے
  12. رُسُلُرسول
  13. اللّٰهِ ؔۘؕاللہ کے
  14. اَللّٰهُاللہ تعالیٰ
  15. اَعْلَمُزیادہ جانتا ہے
  16. حَیْثُجہاں
  17. یَجْعَلُوہ ڈالے
  18. رِسَالَتَهٗ ؕاپنی رسالت کو
  19. سَیُصِیْبُعنقریب پہنچے گی
  20. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کو
  21. اَجْرَمُوْاجنہوں نے جرم کیا
  22. صَغَارٌذلت
  23. عِنْدَہاں
  24. اللّٰهِاللہ کے ہاں
  25. وَعَذَابٌاور عذاب
  26. شَدِیْدٌۢشدید
  27. بِمَابوجہ اس کے
  28. كَانُوْاجو تھے
  29. یَمْكُرُوْنَوہ مکرو فریب کرتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جب ان کے سامنے کوئی آیت آتی ہے تو وہ کہتے ہیں ”ہم نہ مانیں گے جب تک کہ وہ چیز خود ہم کو نہ دی جائے جو اللہ کے رسُولوں کو دی گئی ہے“۔1 اللہ زیادہ بہتر جانتا ہے کہ اپنی پیغامبری کا کام کس سے لے اور کس طرح لے۔ قریب ہے وہ وقت جب یہ مجرم اپنی مکّاریوں کی پاداش میں اللہ کے ہاں ذلّت اور سخت عذاب سے دوچار ہوں گے

  1. یعنی ہم رسُولوں کے اِس بیان پر ایمان نہیں لائیں گے کہ ان کے پاس فرشتہ آیا اور خدا کا پیغام لایا، بلکہ ہم صرف اسی وقت ایمان لا سکتے ہیں جب کہ فرشتہ خود ہمارے پاس آئے اور براہِ راست ہم سے کہے کہ یہ اللہ کا پیغام ہے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور جب ان کے پاس (قرآن کی) کوئی آیت آتی ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ہرگز ایمان نہیں لائیں گے جب تک کہ ہمیں بھی وہی چیز نہ دے دی جائے جو اللہ کے (دوسرے) رسولوں کو دی گئی تھی اللہ بہتر جانتا ہے کہ وہ اپنی رسالت کا کام کس سے لے اور کس طرح لے ! عنقریب پہنچے گی ان مجرموں (گنہگاروں) کو بہت ہی ذلت اللہ کے ہاں سے اور سخت عذاب ان کی چال بازیوں کے سبب جو وہ کر رہے ہیں

Commentary

آیت 124 وَاِذَا جَآءَ تْہُمْ اٰیَۃٌ قَالُوْا لَنْ نُّؤْمِنَ حَتّٰی نُؤْتٰی مِثْلَ مَآ اُوْتِیَ رُسُلُ اللّٰہِ ط۔آیات قرآنیہ مختلف انداز سے ان کے سامنے حقائق و رموز پیش کرتی ہیں مگر ان دلائل اور براہین کا تجزیہ کرنے اور انہیں مان لینے کے بجائے یہ لوگ پھر وہی بات دہراتے ہیں کہ جیسے پہلے انبیاء کی قوموں کو معجزے دکھائے گئے تھے ہمیں بھی ویسے ہی معجزات دکھائے جائیں تو تب ہم ایمان لائیں گے۔ اس سلسلے میں حقیقت یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنی حکمت کے مطابق جیسے مناسب سمجھا ہر قوم اور امت کے ساتھ معاملہ فرمایا۔ پرانی امتوں کو حسّی معجزے دکھائے گئے تھے ‘ اس لیے کہ وہ نوع انسانیت کا دور طفولیّت تھا۔ جب تک انسانیت کا مجموعی فہم و شعور حد بلوغت کو نہیں پہنچا تھا تب تک حسّی معجزات کا ظہور ہی مناسب تھا۔ جیسے بچے کو بہلانے کے لیے کھلونے دیے جاتے ہیں ‘ لیکن شعور کی عمر کو پہنچ کر اس کے لیے عقل اور حکمت کی تعلیم ضروری ہوتی ہے۔ لہٰذا اب جبکہ بنی نوع انسان بحیثیت مجموعی سنجیدگی اور شعور کی عمر کو پہنچ چکی ہے ‘ اس کو حسّی اور وقتی معجزوں کے بجائے ایک ایسا معجزہ دیا جا رہا ہے جو دائمی بھی ہے اور علم و حکمت کا منبع و شاہکار بھی۔
