Commentary
آیت 106 اِتَّبِعْ مَآ اُوْحِیَ اِلَیْکَ مِنْ رَّبِّکَ ج۔اس سورة میں آپ دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کو بار بار مخاطب کیا جا رہا ہے۔ لیکن جیسا کہ پہلے بتایا گیا ہے یہ خطاب دراصل حضور ﷺ کی وساطت سے امت کے لیے بھی ہے۔ مکی سورتوں دو تہائی قرآن میں مسلمانوں سے براہ راست خطاب بہت کم ملتا ہے۔ اس کی حکمت یہ ہے کہ مکی دور میں مسلمان باقاعدہ ایک امت نہیں تھے۔ امت کی تشکیل تو تحویل قبلہ کے بعد ہوئی۔ اسی لیے تحویل قبلہ کے حکم کے فوراً بعد یہ آیت نازل ہوئی ہے : وَکَذٰلِکَ جَعَلْنٰکُمْ اُمَّۃً وَّسَطًا لِّتَکُوْنُوْا شُہَدَآءَ عَلَی النَّاسِ وَیَکُوْنَ الرَّسُوْلُ عَلَیْکُمْ شَہِیْدًا ط البقرۃ : 143 اب جبکہ مسلمانوں کو باقاعدہ امت کا درجہ دے دیا گیا تو پھر ان سے خطاب بھی براہ راست ہونے لگا۔ چناچہ سورة الحجرات جو 18 آیات پر مشتمل مدنی سورة ہے ‘ اس میں پانچ دفعہ یٰٓاَیُّہَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا کے الفاظ سے اہل ایمان کو براہ راست مخاطب فرمایا گیا ہے۔ لیکن دوسری طرف مکی سورتوں میں اہل ایمان سے جو بھی کہا گیا ہے وہ حضور ﷺ کو مخاطب کر کے واحد کے صیغے میں کہا گیا ہے۔ چناچہ آیت زیر نظر میں یہ جو فرمایا گیا ہے کہ پیروی کرو اس کی جو آپ ﷺ پر وحی کیا جا رہا ہے آپ ﷺ کے رب کی طرف سے ‘ تو یہ حکم صرف حضور ﷺ کے لیے ہی نہیں بلکہ تمام مسلمانوں کے لیے بھی ہے۔
