Translation and commentary
Bayan-ul-Quran
وہی ہے اللہ جس کے سوا کوئی الٰہ نہیں۔ حقیقی بادشاہ یکسرپاک سراپا سلامتی (اور ہر اعتبار سے سالم) امن دینے والا پناہ میں لینے والا زبردست (مطلق العنان) اپنا حکم بزور نافذ کرنے والا سب بڑائیوں کا مالک۔ اللہ پاک ہے ان تمام چیزوں سے جو یہ شرک کرتے ہیں۔

Commentary
آیت 23{ ہُوَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیْ لَآ اِلٰــہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ } ”وہی ہے اللہ جس کے سوا کوئی الٰہ نہیں۔“ { اَلْمَلِکُ الْـقُدُّوْسُ السَّلٰمُ الْمُؤْمِنُ الْمُہَیْمِنُ الْعَزِیْزُ الْجَبَّارُ الْمُتَکَبِّرُط } ”حقیقی بادشاہ ‘ یکسرپاک ‘ سراپا سلامتی اور ہر اعتبار سے سالم ‘ امن دینے والا ‘ پناہ میں لینے والا ‘ زبردست مطلق العنان ‘ اپنا حکم بزور نافذ کرنے والا ‘ سب بڑائیوں کا مالک۔“ { سُبْحٰنَ اللّٰہِ عَمَّا یُشْرِکُوْنَ۔ } ”اللہ پاک ہے ان تمام چیزوں سے جو یہ شرک کرتے ہیں۔“ اس ایک آیت میں آٹھ اسمائے حسنیٰ مسلسل ‘ بغیر حرفِ ”و“ کے آئے ہیں اور اس لحاظ سے یہ آیت پورے قرآن مجید میں منفرد ہے۔
