- وَالَّذِیْنَاور وہ لوگ
- یُظٰهِرُوْنَجو ظہار کرتے ہیں
- مِنْسے
- نِّسَآىِٕهِمْاپنی بیویوں (سے)
- ثُمَّپھر
- یَعُوْدُوْنَوہ لوٹنا چاہتے ہوں
- لِمَاواسطے اس کے جو
- قَالُوْاانہوں نے کہا
- فَتَحْرِیْرُپس آزاد کرنا ہے
- رَقَبَةٍایک گردن کا
- مِّنْسے
- قَبْلِاس سے قبل
- اَنْوہ
- یَّتَمَآسَّا ؕایک دوسرے کو چھوئیں
- ذٰلِكُمْیہ بات
- تُوْعَظُوْنَتم نصیحت کیے جاتے ہو
- بِهٖ ؕساتھ اس کے
- وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ تعالیٰ
- بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
- تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے ہو
- خَبِیْرٌباخبر ہے

Bayan-ul-Quran
اور جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں سے ظہار کربیٹھیں پھر وہ اپنی کہی ہوئی بات سے واپس لوٹنا چاہیں تو ایک غلام کا آزاد کرنا ہوگا اس سے پہلے کہ وہ ایک دوسرے کو مس کریں۔ یہ بات ہے جس کی تمہیں نصیحت کی جا رہی ہے۔ اور جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 3 { وَالَّذِیْنَ یُظٰہِرُوْنَ مِنْ نِّسَآئِہِمْ ثُمَّ یَعُوْدُوْنَ لِمَا قَالُـوْا } ”اور جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں سے ظہار کربیٹھیں ‘ پھر وہ اپنی کہی ہوئی بات سے واپس لوٹنا چاہیں“ { فَتَحْرِیْرُ رَقَـبَۃٍ مِّنْ قَـبْلِ اَنْ یَّـتَمَآسَّا } ”تو ایک غلام کا آزاد کرنا ہوگا ‘ اس سے پہلے کہ وہ ایک دوسرے کو مس کریں۔“ یعنی اس معاملے کا کفارہ ادا کرو اور پھر سے میاں بیوی کی طرح رہو ! { ذٰلِکُمْ تُوْعَظُوْنَ بِہٖ وَاللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِیْرٌ۔ } ”یہ بات ہے جس کی تمہیں نصیحت کی جا رہی ہے۔ اور جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے۔“
