ءَاَشْفَقْتُمْکیا ڈر گئے تم
اَنْکہ
تُقَدِّمُوْاتم آگے بھیجو۔ پیش کرو

عَلَیْكُمْتم پر
فَاَقِیْمُواتو قائم کرو
الصَّلٰوةَنماز
وَاٰتُوااور ادا کرو
الزَّكٰوةَزکوۃ
وَاَطِیْعُوااور اطاعت کرو
اللّٰهَاللہ کی
وَرَسُوْلَهٗ ؕاور اس کے رسول کی
وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ تعالیٰ
خَبِیْرٌباخبر ہے
بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے ہو
۟۠

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کیا تم ڈرگئے اس بات سےکہ تخلیہ میں گفتگو کرنے سے پہلے تمہیں صدقات دینے ہونگے؟ اچھا، اگر تم ایسا نہ کرو۔۔۔۔ اور اللہ نے تم کو اس سے معاف کر دیا۔۔۔۔ تو نماز قائم کرتے رہو، زکوٰة دیتے رہو اور اللہ اور اُس کے رسُول کی اطاعت کرتے رہو۔ تم جو کچھ کرتے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے۔¹

یہ دوسرا حکم اوپر کے حکم کے ٹھوڑی مدت بعد ہی نازل ہو گیا اور اس نے صدقہ کے وجوب کو منسوخ کر دیا۔ اس امر میں اختلاف ہے کہ صدقہ کا یہ حکم کتنی دیر رہا۔ قتادہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک دن سے بھی کم مدت تک باقی رہا پھر منسوخ کر دیا گیا۔ مقاتل بن حیّان کہتے ہیں دس دن تک رہا۔ یہ زیادہ سے زیادہ اس حکم کے بقا کی مدت ہے جو کسی روایت میں بیان ہوئی ہے۔
