- فَاِنَّتو بیشک

Bayan-ul-Quran
جو لوگ بخل سے کام لیتے ہیں اور لوگوں کو بھی بخل کا مشورہ دیتے ہیں۔ اور جو کوئی رخ پھیرے گا تو (وہ سن رکھے کہ) اللہ بےنیاز اور اپنی ذات میں خود ستودہ صفات ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 24{ الَّذِیْنَ یَبْخَلُوْنَ وَیَاْمُرُوْنَ النَّاسَ بِالْـبُخْلِ } ”جو لوگ بخل سے کام لیتے ہیں اور لوگوں کو بھی بخل کا مشورہ دیتے ہیں۔“ جو شخص اپنی دولت پر اتراتا ہے وہ اسے بہت سنبھال سنبھال کر بھی رکھتا ہے ‘ کیونکہ اسی دولت کے بل پر تو اس کی اکڑ قائم ہوتی ہے۔ چناچہ وہ اس دولت کو بچا بچا کر رکھتا ہے اور نہ صرف خود بخل سے کام لیتا ہے بلکہ دوسروں کو بھی اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے سے روکتا ہے۔ دراصل اسے یہ اندیشہ لاحق ہوتا ہے کہ جب دوسرے لوگ اللہ کی راہ میں بڑھ چڑھ کر خرچ کریں گے تو اس کے بخل کا بھانڈا پھوٹ جائے گا۔ اس لیے وہ دوسروں کو بڑے مخلصانہ انداز میں سمجھاتا ہے کہ میاں ذرا اپنی ضروریات کا بھی خیال رکھو ‘ تم نے تو اپنے دونوں ہاتھ کھلے چھوڑ رکھے ہیں۔ آخر تمہارے ہاں چار بیٹیاں ہیں ‘ ان کے ہاتھ بھی تم نے پیلے کرنے ہیں۔ آج کی بچت ہی کل تمہارے کام آئے گی… ! { وَمَنْ یَّـتَوَلَّ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ ھُوَ الْغَنِیُّ الْحَمِیْدُ۔ } ”اور جو کوئی رخ پھیرے گا تو وہ سن رکھے کہ اللہ بےنیاز اور اپنی ذات میں خود ستودہ صفات ہے۔“ وہ غنی ہے ‘ اسے کسی کی احتیاج نہیں ہے۔ کوئی یہ نہ سمجھے کہ اگر وہ اقامت دین کی جدوجہد میں اپنے جان و مال سے شریک نہ ہوگا تو یہ کام نہیں ہوگا۔ اسے کسی کی حمد و ثنا کی بھی کوئی احتیاج نہیں ہے ‘ وہ اپنی ذات میں خودمحمود ہے۔
