Tafheem-ul-Quran

انصاف کے ساتھ ٹھیک ٹھیک تولو اور ترازو میں ڈنڈی نہ مارو۔1

  1. یعنی چونکہ تم ایک متوازن کائنات میں رہتے ہو جس کا سارا نظام عدل پر قائم کیا گیا ہے، اس لیے تمہیں بھی عدل پر قائم ہونا چاہیے۔ جس دائرے میں تمہیں اختیار دیا گیا ہے اس میں اگر تم بے انصافی کرو گے، اور جن حق داروں کے حقوق تمہارے ہاتھ  میں دیے گئے ہیں اگر تم ان کے حق مارو گے تو یہ فطرت کائنات سے تمہاری بغاوت ہو گی۔ اس کائنات کی فطرت ظلم و بے انصافی اور حق ماری کو قبول نہیں کرتی۔ یہاں ایک بڑا ظلم تو درکنار،ترازو میں ڈنڈی مار کر اگر کوئی شخص خریدار کے حصہ کی ایک تولہ بھر چیز بھی مار لیتا ہے تو میزان ِ عالم میں خلل برپا کر دیتا ہے۔ یہ قرآن کی تعلیم کا دوسرا اہم حصہ ہے جو ان تین آیتوں میں بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ پہلی تعلیم ہے توحید اور دوسری تعلیم ہے عدل۔ اس طرح چند مختصر فقروں میں لوگوں کو بتا دیا گیا ہے کہ انسان کی رہنمائی کے لیے خدائے رحمان نے جو قرآن بھیجا ہے وہ کیا تعلیم لے کر آیا ہے۔

اور قائم رکھو وزن کو انصاف کے ساتھ اور میزان میں کوئی کمی نہ کرو۔

Commentary

آیت 9 { وَاَقِیْمُوا الْوَزْنَ بِالْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا الْمِیْزَانَ۔ } ”اور قائم رکھو وزن کو انصاف کے ساتھ اور میزان میں کوئی کمی نہ کرو۔“ کسی بھی نظام میں توازن برقرار رکھنے کے لیے اس نظام کے اندر عدل قائم رکھنا یعنی اس کی ہرچیز کو اس کی اصل جگہ پر رکھنا ضروری ہے ‘ کیونکہ کسی بھی قسم کی کمی بیشی نظام میں خرابی اور عدم توازن کا باعث بنتی ہے۔ اسی لیے زیادتی سے بھی منع کردیا گیا لَا تَطْغَوْا اور کمی کرنے سے بھی روک دیا گیا لَا تُخْسِرُوا۔ خالق کائنات نے اس کائنات کا پورا نظام توازن اور عدل و قسط پر قائم کیا ہے اور وہ چاہتا ہے کہ انسان بھی اپنے دائرئہ اختیار میں اسی طرح توازن اور عدل وقسط کو ملحوظ رکھے۔ اس میزان میں کوئی خرابی نہ پیدا کرے ‘ ورنہ سارے نظام معاش و معیشت میں فساد پھیل جائے گا۔ یہاں کوئی بڑا ظلم تو درکنار ‘ ترازو میں ڈنڈی مار کر اگر کوئی شخص خریدار کے حصے کی تھوڑی سی چیز بھی مار لیتا ہے تو میزانِ عالم میں خلل برپا کردیتا ہے۔
