Surah 54, ayah 9

  1. كَذَّبَتْجھٹلایا
  2. قَبْلَهُمْان سے پہلے
  3. قَوْمُقوم
  4. نُوْحٍنوح نے
  5. فَكَذَّبُوْاتو انہوں نے جھٹلایا
  6. عَبْدَنَاہمارے بندے کو
  7. وَقَالُوْااور انہوں نے کہا
  8. مَجْنُوْنٌمجنون ہے
  9. وَّازْدُجِرَاور ڈانٹا گیا۔ خوب دھمکی دیا گیا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اِن سے پہلے نوحؑ کی قوم جھٹلا چکی ہے۔1 اُنہوں نے ہمارے بندے کو جھوٹا قرار دیا اور کہا کہ یہ دیوانہ ہے، اور وہ بری طرح جِھڑکا گیا۔2

  1. یعنی اس خبر کو جھٹلا چکی ہے کہ آخرت برپا ہونی ہے جس میں انسان کو اپنے اعمال کا حساب دینا ہو گا، اس نبی کی نبوت کو جھٹلا چکی ہے جو اپنی قوم کو اس حقیقت سے آگاہ کر رہا تھا، اور نبی کی اس تعلیم کو جھٹلا چکی ہے جو یہ بتاتی تھی کہ آخرت کی باز پرس میں کامیاب ہونے  کے لیے لوگوں کو کیا عقیدہ اور کیا عمل اختیار کرنا چاہیے اور کس چیز سے بچنا چاہیے ۔

  2. یعنی ان لوگوں نے محض نبی کی تکذیب ہی پر اکتفا نہ کیا، بلکہ الٹا اسے دیوانہ قرار دیا ، اس کو دھمکیاں دیں ، اس پر لعنت ملامت کی بوچھاڑ کی، اسے ڈانٹ ڈپٹ کر صداقت کی تبلیغ سے باز رکھنے کی کوشش کی، اور اس کا جینا دوبھر کر دیا۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

جھٹلایا تھا ان سے پہلے نوح کی قوم نے تو انہوں نے ہمارے بندے کو جھٹلایا اور کہا کہ یہ تو مجنون ہے اور اسے جھڑک دیا گیا۔

Commentary

آیت 9 { کَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَہُمْ قَوْمُ نُوْحٍ } ”جھٹلایا تھا ان سے پہلے نوح کی قوم نے“ اب یہاں سے اس سورت میں انباء الرسل کا تذکرہ شروع ہو رہا ہے۔ جیسا کہ پہلے بھی ذکر ہوچکا ہے ‘ سورة النجم اور سورة القمر کا آپس میں جوڑے کا تعلق ہے۔ چناچہ ہم دیکھ چکے ہیں کہ سورة النجم میں ”تذکیر بآلاء اللہ“ اللہ تعالیٰ کی قدرتوں اور نعمتوں کے ذریعے تذکیر کا انداز تھا ‘ جبکہ اس سورت میں ”تذکیر بایام اللہ“ اور انباء الرسل کا تذکرہ ہے۔ بالکل یہی تقسیم اور یہی انداز اس سے پہلے ہم سورة الانعام اور سورة الاعراف کے مطالعے کے دوران بھی دیکھ چکے ہیں۔ سورة الانعام میں آلاء اللہ کے ذریعے تذکیر کی گئی ہے ‘ جبکہ سورة الاعراف میں انباء الرسل کا انداز ہے۔ اسی طرح یہ دونوں سورتیں بھی مل کر تذکیر و انذار کے دونوں پہلوئوں کی تکمیل کرتی ہیں۔ { فَـکَذَّبُوْا عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوْا مَجْنُوْنٌ وَّازْدُجِرَ۔ } ”تو انہوں نے ہمارے بندے کو جھٹلایا اور کہا کہ یہ تو مجنون ہے اور اسے جھڑک دیا گیا۔“ اس بدبخت قوم نے ہمارے جلیل القدر رسول علیہ السلام کو نہ صرف جھٹلا دیا بلکہ اس کے ساتھ اہانت آمیز سلوک روا رکھا۔
