Tafheem-ul-Quran

کیا تمہارے کُفّار کچھ اُن لوگوں سے بہتر ہیں؟1 یا آسمانی کتابوں میں تمہارے لیے کوئی معافی لکھی ہوئی ہے؟

(تو اے قریش !) کیا تمہارے کفار اُن (کفار) سے کچھ بہتر ہیں ؟ یا تمہارے لیے سابقہ الہامی کتب میں کوئی فارغ خطی آچکی ہے ؟

Commentary

آیت 43 { اَکُفَّارُکُمْ خَیْرٌ مِّنْ اُولٰٓئِکُمْ } ”تو اے قریش ! کیا تمہارے کفار اُن کفار سے کچھ بہتر ہیں ؟“ زمانہ سابق میں جن قوموں نے کفر کی روش اختیار کی ان کے انجام سے متعلق تمام تفصیلات تم لوگ جان چکے ہو۔ اب ذرا سوچو کہ تم میں سے جو لوگ ہمارے رسول ﷺ کا انکار کر کے کفر کے مرتکب ہو رہے ہیں ‘ کیا وہ کسی خاص خوبی کے حامل ہیں کہ گزشتہ کافر اقوام کی طرح ان پر عذاب نہیں آئے گا ؟ { اَمْ لَـکُمْ بَرَآئَ ۃٌ فِی الزُّبُرِ۔ } ”یا تمہارے لیے سابقہ الہامی کتب میں کوئی فارغ خطی آچکی ہے ؟“ تم میں آخر کیا خوبی ہے کہ جس تکذیب اور ہٹ دھرمی کی روش پر پچھلی قوموں کو سزا دی گئی ہے وہی روش تم اختیار کرو تو تمہیں سزا نہ دی جائے ؟ کیا تمہارے لیے آسمانی صحیفوں میں کوئی براءت نامہ لکھا ہوا ہے کہ تم پر عذاب نہیں آئے گا ؟
