Commentary
آیت 12 { وَّفَجَّرْنَا الْاَرْضَ عُیُوْنًا } ”اور ہم نے زمین کو پھاڑ کر چشمے ہی چشمے کردیا“ اس وقت اس علاقے کی صورت حال یوں تھی کہ آسمان سے مسلسل موسلادھار بارش ہو رہی تھی اور نیچے زمین سے جابجا چشمے اس طرح پھوٹ رہے تھے کہ زمین گویا چشموں میں تبدیل ہوگئی تھی۔ { فَالْـتَقَی الْمَآئُ عَلٰٓی اَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ۔ } ”تو وہ سارا پانی مل گیا ایک ایسے کام کے لیے جس کا فیصلہ ہوچکا تھا۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے اس نافرمان قوم کو غرق کرنے کا فیصلہ ہوچکا تھا۔ چناچہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس فیصلے کے مطابق آسمان سے برسنے والے اور زمین سے پھوٹنے والے پانی نے مل کر ایک خوفناک سیلاب کی شکل اختیار کرلی۔
