یعنی خوشی اور غم، دونوں کے اسباب اسی کی طرف سے ہیں۔ اچھی اور بری قسمت کا سر رشتہ اسی کے ہاتھ میں ہے ۔ کسی کو اگر راحت و مسرت نصیب ہوئی ہے تو اسی کے دینے سے ہوئی ہے ۔اور کسی کو مصائب و آلام سے سابقہ پیش آیا ہے تو اسی کی مشیت سے پیش آیا ہے ۔ کوئی دوسری ہستی اس کائنات میں ایسی نہیں ہے جو قسمتوں کے بنانے اور بگاڑنے میں کسی قسم کا دخل رکھتی ہو۔

Commentary
آیت 43{ وَاَنَّـہٗ ہُوَ اَضْحَکَ وَاَبْکٰی۔ } ”اور یہ کہ وہی ہے جو ہنساتا بھی ہے اور رلاتا بھی ہے۔“ یعنی اچھے برے حالات ‘ خوشی ‘ غم ‘ تکلیف ‘ بیماری سب کچھ اللہ کی طرف سے ہے۔
