آ گئے ان تعلیمات کا خلاصہ بیان کیا جا رہا ہے جو حضرت موسیٰ اور حضرت ابراہیمؑ کے صحیفوں میں نازل ہوئی تھیں۔ حضرت موسیٰ کے صحیفوں سے مراد توراۃ ہے ۔ رہے حضرت ابراہیمؑ کے صحیفے تو وہ آج دنیا میں کہیں موجود نہیں ہیں، اور یہود و نصاریٰ کی کتب مقدسہ میں بھی ان کا کوئی ذکر نہیں پایا جاتا۔ صرف قرآن ہی وہ کتاب ہے جس میں دو مقامات پر صُحُفِ ابراہیمؑ کی تعلیمات کے بعض اجزاء نقل کیے گئے ہیں، ایک یہ مقام، دوسرے سورہ الاعلیٰ کی آخری آیات۔

Commentary
آیت 37{ وَاِبْرٰہِیْمَ الَّذِیْ وَفّٰیٓ۔ } ”اور ابراہیم کے صحیفوں میں تھا جس نے وفا کی انتہا کردی !“ صحف ِابراہیم علیہ السلام اور صحف ِموسیٰ علیہ السلام کا ذکر سورة الاعلیٰ میں بھی آیا ہے : { اِنَّ ہٰذَا لَفِی الصُّحُفِ الْاُوْلٰی۔ صُحُفِ اِبْرٰہِیْمَ وَمُوْسٰی۔ } ”یہی بات پہلے صحیفوں میں مرقوم ہے ‘ یعنی ابراہیم علیہ السلام اور موسیٰ علیہ السلام کے صحیفوں میں“۔ صحف موسیٰ تو عہدنامہ قدیم Old Testament کی پہلی پانچ کتابوں کی شکل میں آج بھی موجود ہیں ‘ البتہ صحف ابراہیم علیہ السلام کے بارے میں کسی کو کچھ خبر نہیں۔ اس حوالے سے میرا گمان ہے واللہ اعلم کہ ہندوئوں کے اپنشد صحف ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی بگڑی ہوئی شکل ہے۔ اس موضوع پر مزید تفصیل سورة طٰہ کی آیت 8 9 کے تحت ملاحظہ ہو۔ حضرت موسیٰ اور حضرت ابراہیم کے صحیفوں میں سے جس بات کا یہاں حوالہ دیا جا رہا ہے وہ یہ ہے :
