  1. وَلِلّٰهِاور اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے

  3. فِیمیں ہے
  4. السَّمٰوٰتِآسمانوں
  5. وَمَااور جو کچھ
  6. فِیمیں ہے
  7. الْاَرْضِ ۙزمین
  8. لِیَجْزِیَتاکہ بدلہ دے
  9. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کو
  10. اَسَآءُوْاجنہوں نے برا کیا
  11. بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
  12. عَمِلُوْاانہوں نے کام کیے
  13. وَیَجْزِیَاور جزا دے
  14. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کو
  15. اَحْسَنُوْاجنہوں نے اچھا کیا
  16. بِالْحُسْنٰیساتھ بھلائی کے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور زمین اور آسمانوں کی ہر چیز کا مالک اللہ ہی ہے1۔۔۔۔2 تاکہ اللہ بُرائی کرنے والوں کو اُن کے عمل کا بدلہ دے اور اُن لوگوں کو اچھی جزا سے نوازے جنہوں نے نیک رویّہ اختیار کیا ہے

  1. بالفاظ دیگر کسی آدمی کے گمراہ یا بر سر ہدایت ہونے کا فیصلہ نہ اس دنیا میں ہونا ہے نہ اس کا فیصلہ دنیا کے لوگوں کی رائے پر چھوڑ گیا ہے ۔ اس کا فیصلہ تو اللہ کے ہاتھ میں ہے ، وہی زمین و آسمان کا مالک ہے ، اور اسی کو یہ معلوم ہے کہ دنیا کے لوگ جن مختلف راہوں پر چل رہے ہیں ان میں سے ہدایت کی راہ کون سی ہے اور ضلالت کی راہ کون سی۔ لہٰذا تم اس بات کی کوئی پروا نہ کرو کہ یہ مشرکین عرب اور یہ کفار مکہ تم کو بہکا اور بھٹکا ہوا آدمی قرار دے رہے ہیں اور اپنی جاہلیت ہی کو حق اور ہدایت سمجھ رہے ہیں۔ یہ اگر اپنے اسی زعم باطل میں مگن رہنا چاہتے ہیں تو انہیں مگن رہنے دو۔ ان سے بحث و تکرار میں وقت ضائع کرنے اور سر کھپانے کی کوئی ضرورت نہیں۔

  2. یہاں سے پھر وہی سلسلہ کلام شروع ہو جاتا ہے جو اوپر سے چلا آ رہا تھا۔ گویا جملہ معترضہ کو چھوڑ کر سلسلہ عبارت یوں ہے : ’’اُسے اس کے حال پر چھوڑ دو تاکہ اللہ برائی کرنے والوں کو ان کے عمل کا بدلہ دے ‘‘۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور اللہ ہی کا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے تاکہ وہ بدلہ دے ان کو جنہوں نے برائیاں کمائی ہیں ان کے اعمال کا اور بدلہ دے ان کو جنہوں نے نیک کام کیے ہیں اچھا۔

Commentary

آیت 31{ وَلِلّٰہِ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الْاَرْضِ } ”اور اللہ ہی کا ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں میں ہے اور جو کچھ زمین میں ہے“ آسمانوں اور زمین کی ہرچیز کا مالک اللہ تعالیٰ ہی ہے۔ { لِیَجْزِیَ الَّذِیْنَ اَسَآئُ وْا بِمَا عَمِلُوْا } ”تاکہ وہ بدلہ دے ان کو جنہوں نے برائیاں کمائی ہیں ان کے اعمال کا“ { وَیَجْزِیَ الَّذِیْنَ اَحْسَنُوْا بِالْحُسْنٰی۔ } ”اور بدلہ دے ان کو جنہوں نے نیک کام کیے ہیں اچھا۔“
